Chick-fil-A

Listen, we went into this location on a beautiful summer day, right off the highway, with a LOT of people there, at around lunch time. We had very low expectations, however, everything from parking, to getting our food went as smooth as can be. The chicken bacon club I got was slightly expensive, and again my expectations were very low. This sandwich was incredibly well made and delicious. Finally the staff. Each of the employees were clearly working hard to help in every way, as fast as possible. Truly, impressive. 7 stars. =]

Man handing out food today genuinely seemed happy and had kind energy (grey shirt). Grilled chicken was cut up in small bits which I really liked.

I also have a gluten allergy. They were receptive when I told them and attentive to my needs.

The food is really good and fresh. Staff is friendly and wait time on mobile orders are pretty short. Inside of the restaurant can be busy and crowded during rush, but the staff work hard to keep the orders moving.

This location can become quite busy and the drive thru lines can sometimes spill out onto the main road.

The food was incredible. Chicken hot and fresh. I got the 4 strip chicken strips. The Frosted Cherry Lemonade was delicious. My friend got the Cobb Salad and was introduced to the Avocado Lime dressing. That meal was so fulfilling to the both of us. And shout out to Reed, my guy, came by us to check if everything was alright with our meals and if we wanted refills before they closed. So courteous and exemplary customer service skills. I know he will go places in life. Thank you for a great overall customer service experience with great food at a great location.

Chick-fil-A was fast and tasty like usual. The chicken n minis were especially commendable.

The lines are always long but move remarkably fast. We went in to order and stretch our legs. Our turn to order was quick and we received our food soon after. My son accidentally poked this straw though the bottom of his cup while we were wait. The lady taking an order to a table noticed and right away helped, then got him another lemonade. We didn't have to ask or anything, she just jumped in to help. Love there customer service! The food was awesome and satisfying. Bathroom was clean. Good place to grab a bite.

Went in was very busy got nice fresh food but 1 bathroom stall makes for it to be a hard quick in and out. Otherwise on par with all other Chik Fil As

Had the gluten free grilled chicken nuggets. Delicious! Brought out to my table very quickly. Table area was very clean. Workers were friendly.

My family loves Chick-fil-A and since we hadn't had it yet on this trip, we decided to get some chikin while on the road. This restaurant was crazy busy at lunch time. I decided to place a phone order rather than wait in line and it proved to be faster. I was amazed at how fast they served everyone but this time the app was quicker than the traditional line.

Stopped for lunch at this Chick-fil-A on East Market St off I-81 on a looooong road trip. The restaurant was hopping, with a line of cars out onto the road. But as ever, the Chick-fil-A staff was on-point. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. We ordered inside and the line moved very fast. Ty took my order: he was welcoming and efficient. He repeated the details of my order back to me and made sure my niece's lemonade was cut with water. My order came up quickly and was exactly right. Don't worry about the crowd--this Chick-fil-A provides fast and excellent service.

The food is always great here. Never have any complaints. I normally get one of their salads, this time I got there Cobb salad.

This was my first visit to a Chick-fil- A. I was very happy with the food. The Restaurant was clean. It was busy when I was there . Staff appeared to be happy working. Very friendly staff.

An excellent place quiet people friendly and I took a trip out the blue to help my brother and was yearning for chick-fil-A and it didn’t disappoint…even table service available which is awesome

Always get super great service here, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend the blended lemonade with strawberry puree 😍🍓 Super fast and friendly service every time.

Literally just had the best deluxe sandwich from this location! I wish my chick-fil-A in Virginia Beach was this amazing!

I put in a large order through the app. I then had to order more items due to the restrictions on the app. There was a little bit of a wait for the extras but the pickup was on time. In the time I was there, there was a customer who was irrate because he didn't plan ahead for his large order. The staff was so calm and patient.

It's what you've come to expect. Crazy busy, great employees, good food fast food.

Drive thru line looks intimidating but it moves super fast. It's worth it just for the customer service alone...I usually get breakfast and the minis are my favorite.

Great experience. Travelling through from PA to NC. New cashier (1st day on job) got our order wrong. We had NO problem with this because she was on her first day and a little nervous. Manager graciously corrected our order and comped it out. Didn't have to do that and we didn't expect it. Grateful for great service at this location. Will stop again next time through.
