My experience with Landes has so far been nothing but smooth. Craig Landes provided a detailed estimate and was there both at start and completion to ensure that installation was properly performed. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the associated details. Logan, one of the 3 men on site, was also very professional and polite. It was refreshing to know that people who take pride in their work still exist. Unfortunately it's a very rare thing nowadays. Now, I just hope the people who manufactured the product also took pride in their work and the unit lasts over 25 years like the one it replaced. But I realize that kind of thing no longer exists in our current greed driven society. Keep up your admirable standards Landes!

Chet Landes looked at my setup and sent a proposal the same day for a humidifier installation. He answered all my questions and there was no hard sell. Tyler came to do the work. I was impressed with the quality of his work and his explanations. Everyone was super courteous. I am very satisfied with Landes and recommend them.

Jeff just came to investigate why suddenly our house was a sauna upstairs and a fridge downstairs. He figured out and fixed the problem, explained what, why, and how, was polite and very knowledgeable. Shortly - awesome! Our house is comfortable again, and we are very happy with the service.

Landes was extremely professional. The installing technician scheduled a time and day to be at our house and discussed how long it would take for installation. He showed up on time both days and worked from 8-4. I also work night shift and he was incredibly quiet during the installation while my husband showed him where our old unit was and stayed available for questions or clarification.

The whole experience was very pleasant. I liked that everyone working in the company is all in the family from the grandfather to son and grandsons. The cousins Trent and Bryar who came and installed my heat pump were courteous and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I did not worry about them being in my house for three days till they finished. My heat pump is working fine and I hope will continue...

We went through quite a few companies to get quotes for a new heat pump install and Landes was by far the most affordable for the quality of service. They were responsive, on time, and communicative. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing hearing/air work!

Jason Landes and crew were great! We had another company diagnose our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. We waited nearly two weeks for an estimate for a replacement. In that time I called up Landes and Jason showed up that afternoon, and had me an estimate for a full HVAC system by that evening. The install took 3 days with a 2-person crew, and Jason periodically checking in on the work. The crew was friendly and the install, the install was clean, and we were communicated with every step of the way (we're working from home so we were present for all of it too). On top of that, the final price still ended up being cheaper than the other guys.

We felt well taken care of in the process and we'd recommend Landes to anyone for a furnace/AC install!

The Landes team is extremely professional, providing excellent service at an affordable price. They were very responsive to our needs and did not try to oversell us a product we did not need. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time that we have used Landes. The first was when a 6-year-old Magic-Pak heat pump in our condo went bad. The unit was designed so that it has to be entirely removed to service the coils. The cost to repair was more than half the replacement cost. They even tried to find a different unit that would work in this condo, but the last competitor had discontinued their model.

When my property manager brought out a different company in May of this year to repair a now 3-year-old second unit, they fixed the leak but didn't notice that the coils were dirty. When we arrived Monday for tenant move out/move in there was a 3-inch block of ice encasing the filter (see photo). Landes performed their scheduled maintenance check and he spent more than 3 hours working on the unit. He came back yesterday with specialized cleaning equipment and completed the work with no additional trip charge. While they charged me more than just the check fee, he did over 5 hours of work for less than $350. Landes knows what they are doing, and they are incredibly responsive to customers. As I am a landlord living more than 100 miles away, it is critical to me to know I have a reliable company that I can call on to respond to the heating and AC needs of my tenants.

They did an excellent job. We were told it would take 2 days, they finished in 1, very pleased.

Starting with the estimate through completion of job everyone was excellent. Workmen had to remove old oil burner with no mess left behind. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

We had a new heating and cooling system installed and I was very impressed at the technicians Mike and Aaron. They both were very professional, knowledgeable,and worked very hard getting our system installed. They are both an asset to your company and and we felt very comfortable with them. Be sure to ask for Kirk, Rodnie, Craig, or Chet Landes. I had several issues with a Lenox unit they installed and they stand behind the work they do. They are an honest company and will do everything they can to make sure the customer is happy. They listen and will walk you through how the system works and what is a concern or what shouldn’t be a concern. Everyone is quick to leave a negative review for a business but the opposite when they have good experiences. A lot of companies will not admit if they made a mistake and would try and hide it. That is not the case with the Landes crew!

Our Air Conditioner failed. Landes promptly got us a portable unit to use. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and had it all fixed the same week.

Landes did an excellent job installing minisplits and finishing quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

I have used Landes for years to do HVAC maintenance and repairs. They have saved me lots of money in the past with recommendations of fixes to keep old systems running. I finally upgraded two systems in my house this year. I received quotes from four companies. All of them were similar in price. Landes was the only company that seemed to want to answer questions and take our issues seriously with our house layout. We are on the second week of our new systems. Everything seems to be working great so far. The installers were very professional and paid attention to detail. I appreciate that everyone takes pride in their work.
