T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. My boyfriend and I have been struggling with our signal for the last 3+ months, we had been to MULTIPLE different T-Mobile locations and left all of them extremely disappointed and still without acceptable service. We walked into this location and not even 15 minutes later left with the best phone signal I’ve ever had. Turns out it was a simple chip issue that all the rest of the T-Mobile employees had lied to us about. Christian was able to help us very quickly and with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, even with a store completely full of customers. He needs a raise, promotion, and a vacation!!

Amber and Johanna are experts who show how they value their customers and potential customers through knowledgeable and personable service. Not to mention fast! Every employee in the store added to the friendly atmosphere. Thank you Sprint - Virginia Ave for a 5 Star experience!!

I normally go to the sprint on Burgess Road and this morning I did. As soon as I walked in they were very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. The assistant manager was the one who helped me and answered my questions. No personality, had an attitude, they didn’t have any phones in the store and would need to order whatever I purchased. I left and went to the Harmony Square Sprint and Kassidy was wonderful! Because of her knowledge, patience, and personality, I left with an upgrade! I highly recommend going to her Sprint rather than the Burgess Road!

My husband and I just upgraded our phones and Amber was absolutely the best. She also upgraded our phones last year. She is very pleasant and funny great sense of humor. She is very knowledgeable and also remembered us from a year ago that says a lot about who she is. She deserves the commission off our sales although she didn’t order our phones someone else did and was off when we picked them up. We will go to her for any issues and our next upgrade. Wonderful experience! Have had awful experiences at 2 other sprint stores in Harrisonburg, and will only go to this one from now on! They fixed issues and mistakes made by the other store, fixed us up, were quick and very personable. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dustin and Johanna!!!

Hands down the best customer service experience we've had with Sprint!! Johanna was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. She went the extra mile and we very much appreciated that. If you need to go into a Sprint location, I would definitely choose this one.

Johanna was so polite and helpful. She went above and beyond her duty to get me setup. Everyone in there was so friendly. I would highly recommend the Sprint store on Va Ave. They get 5 star rating from me.

Johanna was the nicest best sprint employee i have ever had the privilege of meeting. She hwlped me thuroughly and talked with me the whole hour and something. She also helped me to pick a better phone than i was recomened for a great price. She deserves a raise for the work she does there and i hope only good things come her way.

Amber at the Sprint store in Harmony Square is the best! She has always gone above and beyond to help! I've never left there with questions and she's always followed up with me afterwards to make sure things are going well with new devices. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service.

This Sprint store is the only one I will go to. Amber is one of the only associates I will talk to. My family and I went to get upgrades yesterday, she had to activate and switch 5 phones. We were only there for 1 1/2 hrs. Every time we go in, she is always efficient and thorough!

I will never go to another Sprint location again! The boss lady and her young, relatable and highly capable staff are friendly and professional. I really felt like they "wanted" to help me. This store is the main reason I haven't switched providers.

Johanna and Christian have been amazing. So accommodating and helpful. From getting new phones, helping with the service and resolving issues with a bill (spending so much time on the phone with Sprint). We can’t thank you enough for all your help. We are customers for life

Thanks to Amber being so knowledgeable I continue to deal with Sprint. She is great at her job, great with customers. I will not go to any other store but the one she is in. Thank you Amber for being so awesome and professional!

I came into the store for some account and device issues and was greeted very pleasantly by Amber who took time and resolved my issue with patience. Her helpfulness and knowledge of the equipment should be emulated by all of her fellow co-workers.

Amber has went out of her way to help me fix a phone issue. She also sold me a WiFi data thingy for in my vehicle and she even installed it for me! Everyone in this store is always nice and eager to help. This is my go to sprint store!!!

Bryanna was professional, very competent, courteous and patient. With several customers in the store Bryanna was not flustered, multi-tasked flawlessly and assisted us all with a smile. She also greeted those entering the store with a cherry "Hello". I would definately consider rewarding this excellent employee.

The store manager was very welcoming and helpful. She answered all my questions, made sure I got the best deal, and even demonstrated how to use my new phone. This was a great experience!

Breanna and Kylie were a huge help. This store has had the best customer service in a cell phone store that I have ever experienced. Its small and kind of hidden, but its worth it if you're tired of being hassled by cell companies.

I live all the way in Maryland and i come to this store to get my phone upgrades when its time. Love the customer service i get from Johanna and Amber they are always willingly to help me with whatever I need if i have an issue I can call and they always help me find a solution.
