Out of the Bubble Bakery

Ordering our wedding desserts from Out of the Bubble Bakery was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Several of our guests had dietary restrictions or allergies so knowing that our guests could enjoy dessert without worry was a relief, not to mention that Out of the Bubble’s desserts taste better than non-allergy friendly treats! We can’t wait to order from Out of the Bubble again. *Including a photo of the gorgeous strawberries & creme wedding cake Out of the Bubble made for us.

Still can’t get over this gorgeous cake Out of the Bubble Bakery made for our daughter’s first birthday. The theme was “sweet one” / Valentine’s Day, and they totally nailed it with the design! Not only was the cake stunning, it was also delicious. We ordered the strawberry cream flavor, and our party guests couldn’t get enough. Will absolutely use this company for all future occasion cakes!!

There were so many yummy desserts. I got lemon mini bundt cake, stuffed cookies, apple crumble pie and a half dozen cupcakes. If you need gluten free they are separate from the wheat based products. Very delicious.

Came here a few days before Christmas and wow! The most perfect looking cupcakes... And so many flavors to choose. A real homemade, home feeling kind of bakery with authentic recipes and an original authentic vibe. A hidden gem!

We've stopped by Out of the Bubble Bakery several times since they opened, and everything has been delicious! We decided to order cupcakes from them for our wedding, and they turned out beautiful. The ordering process was smooth and they were able to accommodate for various food allergies as well. Many of our guests said they were the best cupcakes they've ever had!

We used Out Of the Bubble Bakery for our wedding cake and we have nothing but great things to say about them! Not only were they able to make a cake that catered to all of our allergens, but it was delicious and looked beautiful! Many of our wedding guests had allergies and greatly appreciated being able to enjoy the wedding cake. We are looking forward to using this bakery again!

Thanks to this bakery, my vegan kids can have the same fun memories as everyone else. I love the selection of every day baked goods with allergen friendly options, cake orders, and holiday cookies.

love this bakery!!! pictures attached of two birthday cakes this year - they were so beautiful and delicious!!!! no one would ever know they were dairy- and egg-free. we also have loved all the cupcakes and other treats we have picked up, and the staff have always been very nice and helpful. thank you out of the bubble!!!!

Such a cute gem! Delicious gluten-free options as well as dairy-free options. I have loved everything I’ve tried there so far and have gotten cupcakes and birthday cakes from them. Also, very sweet staff. Highly recommend!

A large selection of delicious vegan cupcakes. Everything in the shop is vegan, with a further clear distinction of gluten free options. The staff is very considerate of allergies. They take orders for cakes.

Everything we tried here was phenomenal. I have a fairly severe nut allergy and a friend of mine can’t have gluten. Their cupcakes were incredible and I’m still thinking about the gluten free oatmeal cream pie. The staff were very nice and it was all around a really great experience. I highly recommend!

My daughter is pretty much allergic to every major food allergen so we were happy to find a cake shop that made cakes hat were wheat-free, egg-free, milk-free, soy-free, and nut-free! She needed one for her cake smash photos and while it was last-minute, they were able to accommodate! Price was very reasonable and they made the cake exactly the way we described! We didn't get to taste the cake ourselves, but our daughter definitely loved smashing and eating it. We reached out to them to get the same one for her first birthday party as well and turned out great!

We have since been back here for mini cupcakes for every little occasion. They are delicious still and extremely friendly staff.

I started throwing my son birthday parties (not just family and friends) at 5 years old. Since I didn't know if his kindergarten friends' had nut allergies, I thought "better safe than sorry" I have ordered custom cakes for his birthday every year. They really knock it out of the park and they taste good, too

We used Out of the Bubble bakery for our wedding cakes and they were amazing. People absolutely loved the taste of the cake (gluten free and vegan!), plus their decorations looked great on the cakes. We paid for delivery and they delivered the cakes on time and helped set them up for us. Overall a fantastic experience.

Wonderful little bakery! I'm gluten free and dairy intolerant and I had many options I could choose from.

They prepare their gluten free items in separate areas from gluten, but they are cooked in the same (cleaned) pans and cooked in the same ovens FYI.

I like that it wasn't too sweet. Espresso cupcake and sweet potato muffin were great. Will try their loose leaf tea next time. Would love to see more!

I love this bakery. My oldest have allergies. I love that this bakery is allergy-friendly and can still make really great cupcakes. We have been getting their birthday cupcakes done by them for 2-3 years now and they never disappointed. We have gotten compliments on how good they taste. Tameisha is also very nice.

AMAZING bakery for vegan and gluten free!!! One of the only ones in the DMV and the best bakery I’ve had in general. 15 out of 10 stars!

It's so nice to get desserts that are dairy, egg, nut, and sesame free. I've been getting our family's cakes here since it was a home-based business. I loved that we can now go in and get cupcakes and cookies any time. I love the double chocolate GF and the chocolate espresso cupcake (wheat). The whole family loves the cookies as well (everyone has a different favorite). You will love the desserts whether you have allergies or not. I made the mistake of getting regular grocery store cupcakes for the nonallergic kids for a party one year, and nobody would eat them because everyone figured out that the Out of the Bubble ones tasted so much better.

We needed an allergy friendly cake for my daughter's birthday. Let me just say this place is a hidden gem, and they need more locations. I was so excited to find this place. The cake was really good. We also ordered other treats. The oatmeal whoopie cookies, I think is the name is a must try. If you are looking for allergy friendly baked goods, this is the spot. I ordered a confetti cake and added the birthday sign. The swirls were smashed a little due to me transporting it.

We had the best experience here!!! I recently found out I need to adapt to a dairy free lifestyle, but was so disappointed that my sweet tooth might suffer. We drove over an hour to come try this bakery based on their "always dairy free" message. It was beyond worth my time and I'll be making the trip again soon! I can't wait to have family and friends taste these. There were so many flavors to choose from, and the flavors really showed up in the baked goods. Yes... That cupcake really does taste like a sweet margarita! The texture was also remarkable. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I honestly didn't find the texture to be any different from a "normal" cake. We also found the prices to be incredibly affordable for the quality of the cupcakes, and the service to be so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience!
