The food was delicious and our waiter was amazing. I think her name is Christy or Kristen.. either way, she was bubbly ans had great recommendations.. including the drinks. Great vibes from her. Made the experience a whole good vibes mood.

Food was amazing and customer service was beyond terrific. The manager, Nicole had came to our table and greeted my mother and I very kindly. I had brainstormed to her that serving milkshakes would be a cool addition to the menu and she didn’t even hesitate to offer me a very good chocolate milkshake! Personally the best service I’ve ever received.

I went with my family and received the greatest customer service. Lynden was our server, and he was amazing. He took care of us like we were family. His smile and attitude shows that he is very experienced. We were surprised to find out that he was not in a management position. When you go to this restaurant, please request him. You will not be disappointed.

This location is perfect. Our server Marie and the hosting staff were friendly and awesome. Outdoor was prepared perfectly. Can't wait to come again.

I went with a friend for a birthday lunch. Our waiter Gonzalo was very cool and attentive, and we even had a visit by the Manager and Chef Mohamed. Our food was great, and steak was perfect. The Oreo dessert for the birthday boy was on the house! Win Win situation!

Stopped to meet the beau here for dinner. Snagged two seats at the bar (because we are creatures of habit ‍) between running our mouths about our day and continuously losing focus on the menu we took quite sometime to order. Our bartender Eric was ever so patient, even helped us with making our selection. We both went with the 4-course menu. FIRST COURSE: Choose your soup. I had the baked potato soup and he had the French onion. SECOND COURSE: Choose your salad.. We both opted for Caesar Salad. THIRD COURSE:Choose your entrée... We both went with the 8 oz. Center-Cut Sirloin cooked medium. He had the fresh seasonal mixed veggies for his side and I got grilled asparagus. FOURTH COURSE: Cheesecake with topping of your choice we both went with raspberry. By the end of the meal we were more than stuffed. Everything was delicious and Eric constantly made sure we were okay.

Excellent food and service, shout out to Juan for taking care of us, polite and caring and made us feel welcome! Always love coming to this Restaurant for the 5 star treatment for a good drink and steak! And sometimes even dessert 😊

First time in outback ,and the blooming onion was so good just what everyone said . I ordered outback steak cut and I got in well done and it was so good . The sweet potato was good ,the drinks also nice. I really enjoyed my first visit to outback . Great service and good food. I can not believe the service I’ve experienced at Outback on Richmond highway. Nigel, our server, was simply amazing. He brought our food out in a timely matter! Very respectful. 5 stars!

Last night, me & my spouse came here to celebrate our anniversary. (We love Outback;)
We arrived around 6:45pm & was seated in a little booth aside the bar area. We were greeted with a pleasant server, didn't get her name, but she was very nice. She took our order and everything seemed okay. About 5 minutes later the server brings the drinks to the table and we're waiting again. I order two salads, wings, a burger, fries and those cheese bites. First we received salads from a server we didn't know, which wasnt a problem. I always ask for plastic utensils because of personal preference so I sought out my server but she was busy working the bar. I noticed a tall white guy walk past us multiple times not asking if we needed anything but he constantly seen me trying to gain someone's attention. I finally got a hold of him and he proceeded to get what I needed. (He acted as if we were bothering him) this guy has like a Russian accent, didn't catch his name.. But I noticed who he paid attention to the most 😑😑Long story short we sat there for an hour with no food. Just salads and nobody checked on us until I asked to see a manager. Next thing you know my food comes out 🥴 I was a little irritated but I'm more than understanding that things can get busy in these places. The manager did end up coming to my table and I just wanted to express my concerns about the service. I had no complaints about the food because everything was bomb! Like so good! Lol
Malaya listened to everything I had to say, and was so sweet about explaining what happened. She asked us if we needed anything and so professional about the situation. I would like to thank Malaya for what she did for me and my partner, not even knowing it was our anniversary. You made our night, & we will always have that memory. Thanks!

It was a quiet night but everything was really good. Our server was very nice, friendly and attentive and provided excellent service.

Quick, great service! Our waiter Ellis went above and beyond, even bringing a huge bowl of my favorite sauce! Yummy food! Bloomin’ onion cooked perfectly!

Absolutely amazing food with gf options available. Reminded me of Straya. Yes! The food is good, the service is good. Best Cesar salad I've tried in US.

The food was excellent! Plentiful, tasty, more than filling. I had the meal for one. Highly recommended.The service here is pretty good most of the time. I don't remember ever having a major issue at the location.I would love to visit this place again and try the other things in their menu as well.

My family and I have been coming here for family lunch dates for awhile now and we enjoy it so much. The steak is always cooked to perfection and the kids love the bread. Every time we come in we have to ask for Gabby because she always takes the best care of us and is so so sweet. All around it’s a really great spot for a tasty affordable lunch.

The food missed the mark on this particular visit. My wife's steak was over-cooked, and my prime rib was a bad cut. The bread was outstanding as always, and the service was so outstanding also, it always is, which is why I gave I give it 5 stars instead of lower. We will surely be back, because most of the time this is a pure 5 star experience for us. We eat here a lot. Felicia is the best, and Outback Steakhouse is so lucky to have her.

When I say this is my go to!!! The food is always a tasty and cooked to perfection. Phyllicia is the best she makes sure your order is on point and makes the best drinks…forward thinking as a server she always shows her menu expertise. It is always awesome to find a place where you know the food and see or can’t be beat. We go here at least once a week! Best Outback in the area!

This place was so wonderful,I love the atmosphere it was so warm and friendly. I’m so glad we decided to come here and eat. My server Jerome was excellent his hospitality was a 5 star he kept checking on my family and myself making sure we was good. And I also want to shout out the manager Nicole she looked out for us as well and made sure we had everything we needed…. Shout out to the Outback Team I will most definitely be back to visit. If you haven’t been here please come out and make sure you ask for Jerome to be your server he won’t let you down…..

Really impressed by the attentiveness of the entire staff, but especially our waiter, Brandon. Not only did he ask if we had allergies he took the time to answer all our questions, and made sure that we knew all our option and got exactly what we wanted, all with a super positive attitude and great energy. He truly went above and beyond. The food and drinks were solid, came out in a timely fashion. Probably the best Outback experience I’ve had.
