I had been a member OF MCU for years and had a great experience, good people, take very good care of what I need, specially with Alessandra Ignacio, she gave me a professional help about what I am looking for. Thanks MCU.

I have been with this MCU for years, I have had nothing but great experiences with them, if I go in with a problem they fix it immediately, we are only human & everyone makes mistakes, sometimes it’s my mistake, my only problem is because my bank is in Ma. & my car is insured at my other residence NY I can’t get a car loan so I pay top dollar, I just wish they would make exceptions for their loyal customers! Otherwise the best bank ever, so good I won’t open a NY account.

They're very nice people, the bank, I've had no problems with either I switched from commerce to MCU. Iloveit.

Do NOT ever use this credit union. It's 1,000% worse than using Workers Credit Union. I have been making on time payments and they continue to reverse my payments for no reason. This week they sent me a notice that my payment was returned, with 6 figures in it, but changed their story when I went in person to speak with them. Their staff can't communicate via email but they can request correspondence through email. This credit union is a scam who returns payments for larger fees and higher interest rates. Long term customer is switching by the end of the week.

The worst bank to work with for a car loan. Every single person in the Millbury Credit Union in Stafford Rd, Worcester is rude. They don’t care about their customers. Drew Courtemanche is unprofessional, never returns calls, and makes promises that he doesn’t keep. We thought he was on our side and we kept in contact with him throughout our loan. We were honest about our situation and he gave us false reassurance. Would never ever recommend this bank to anyone!!

Unfortunately it's been a bad experience for us over the years as an MCU customer. The fees for doing anything are way too high, excessive and the overall banking experience is very behind with the times (very few/if any network ATMs, still using slips for every deposit and only in person service). Any larger withdrawals need to be done in person and you can't transfer money to other people's bank accounts. Consider all these before deciding against a bigger bank.

5 dollar convenience fee for every payment processed. As if they don’t take enough of our money I now have to pay that every month for the next 7 years.
