McDonald's

The food was good. Service was not, lots of people working there are acting like they are working, but their conduct is not professional. Having a full-blown conversation about outside of work while they keep you waiting for your food, not nice. More attention to the client and not on your last party, please. The atmosphere was not great people arguing because the orders were wrong, people complaining about the wait, complaining about how people are wasting their time and there was an employee that had a full on argument with a customer back and forth insulting each other. Lots of room for improvement. This place was not always like this.

Food and service was great. They need a little more supervision in that play place. Took my kids for the first and last time. That place is full of bullies. Never again! Parents weren’t saying anything to their kids. Unbelievable!

Changing my review to a positive one since they took care of me another time. They seem to be cheerful now. Everybody makes mistakes and they made up for it. I will go back again.

I've been to this mcdonalds many times. Today the drive through employees were exceptional. Engaging, kind and professional.

The fries were so good they tasted like McDonalds in the 90's. The soda was fresh, fizzy, & perfectly sweet. The night crew were also friendly and hooked up some BBQ sauce for the fries. Would def stop at this location next time I'm passing thru.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've visited in the area. Nice people. Not a huge fan of when they close off the play area while the employees' kids run around in there barefoot and with no supervision. (I understand the situation, I just don't feel it's totally appropriate.) But all in all, a great McDonald's 👍🏻

Food was great , so was service and the atmosphere. Location is great too. My kids used the bathroom but i didn't so i cant comments but i think its clean too else they would've said something.

Ordered a large vanilla shake and a small fry for a sick kiddo. He only wanted the shake. The only complaint is that the fries didn't have any salt on them.

A worker chased me down to give me food I had left behind. She was very sweet.
Edit: Here again and an adorable young person was behind the counter serving and her happiness was keeping everyone around her happy.
Whoever does the hiring here is awesome.

Whenever I come here the food is as expected. We recently went to bring the kids to the Play Place and the enjoyed it. Overall it's a cool place to go as long as there are no bums hanging around which they do from time to time.

A female customer was verbally abusing the drive-through staff for no reason between 10:30-11am 9/22 and it was completely unnecessary. Give your staff a raise because they did their jobs right and stayed professional.

I went back yesterday with my family because our kids love MCDONALD'S. We all had a great time. The cashier was so nice , and patient with us.
They had some awesome deals so I actually saved money and earned points for something later lol . We left there so full 😅 so it's definitely changing for the better between the staff and prices.

Great place for a quick bite. My son enjoys their breakfasts, staff speaks English and Spanish. Bathrooms are cleaned.

I have been visiting this place for almost a year and the customer service of the drive thru is very good, they are very friendly, Victor, Cristian, Eduardo, Idamar, Justin, Irmari and Yerineth are people who make the visit pleasant. I want to take a moment to appreciate them.

Foods usually fresh, when it’s not, i still don’t complain because they’re so nice here 🥺

Yes, it's McDonald's...keeping THAT in mind, best McDonald's around as far as food goes. Everything was fresh, hot, and the fries are the best...perfectly salted and hot...not lukewarm like at other locations.
The dining area could use a little attention by staff to wipe tables down in between customers, but other than that, good enough!

The only time i write reviews about fastfood is either my information got stolen, or they actually do their jobs correctly. To my relief this mcid's is on point amd friendly.

I would recommend anyone doing postmates or food delivery services to be around this area. No drive thru but the service is fast and efficent. No fountain drinks available but they do have cans of mountain dew and pepsi. Oh, they do have baja blast ice freeze. 👍😁

So there's absolutely a police officer what the f*** do beds and a hard on for anybody else like they might taste or not for great clothing I hate cops that think they're better than anybody because they got a bad just makes me makes you no better makes you just more protected I'm a convicted felon and I don't walk around trying to get shot but I do want to buy a bulletproof vest and only because I don't want to get shot in the head I've been shot before and it was close so why can convicted felons
