TIMBERS INN AND SUITES

Stayed here while passing through town. The check in staff were great. Friendly and welcoming. Was able to park right outside my room. Easy for loading and unloading. Room is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay here again if my travels permitted.

This hotel was perfect for me. I travelled, unbeknownst to me, on the eve of a storm to this motel, planning to stay there as a waypoint on my journey south. There a kindly young woman was waiting at the front desk to greet me, and I found I was one of the few brave travelers who had ventured out that night, as most rooms were vacant. But it was the middle of January right before a major storm started to move in, and vacancy signs lit the roads of Ashland that night.

Yet what set this inn apart from the others was nothing of greatness. The rooms, large and warm and soft, were well decorated. A table and chairs and fridge and microwave created a miniature kitchen. Yet I lacked food, but, my googling of nearby restaurants revealed that, but a mere 20 second walk from my rooms door, did exist a pizza place of such deliciousness that I know I must visit Ashland ere too long. I ordered, and removed myself to my room, I returned not but 20 minutes later and a pizza of such taste and texture never had I tasted before. I feasted in my room, and then fell into a wonderful sleep.

I awoke, well rested, to a piling of snow upon my car and roads. And I had to away too soon from this lovely abode, but I think of it often, and in high spirits.

Normally I don’t stay at older hotels but don’t let that fool you. My room was surgically clean and I’m super picky about that. I actually looked for things the cleaning staff missed and honestly couldn’t find anything. The owners really keep this place up! I would go out of my way to stay here again. I was on a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco and stopped in here for a night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at Timbers Inn and Suites several visits and have loved our experience each time. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in every way. Great location across from the University, minutes from downtown, and only a few steps from great restaurants and boutique grocery stores.

Timbers is under new ownership. The young couple who manages the inn have added an adorable dog park. The morning breakfast now includes bagels and cream cheese, english muffins, oatmeal and more. The rooms are still quiet and the prices very reasonable.

Friendly accommodating staff. We had a truck & small trailer that their parking lot could not fit but was able to park adjacent to the office. Room was a little dated but very clean. Quiet location in town next door to a pizza place. Pool was small but fun & perfect to cool off. Location was easy to get off & on the freeway.

Excellent location just a mile from Lithia park. Great price for the accommodations. Cute, older hotel that has been managed and maintained well. Front office staff was kind, professional and helpful. Very clean rooms, soft beds, extra pillows and nice soaps in the bathroom. The room without a kitchen did have a little dining table, small coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Lots of plug outlets available for charging phones and things. They had a smaller pool that looked clean and cared for. A local grocery store and a pizza joint right next door. I would definitely recommend Timber Inn and Suites for a more budget friendly stay in Ashland.

Rooms were clean. Staff was great and very helpful. My girlfriend had a foot injury and I forgot to request the first floor when booking. When it started snowing figured it would be too hazardous to get her up the stairs. Upgraded our room and didn't charge us extra. Very nice of them and a good place to stay. Bonus that they had a pizza place next door that also sold gluten free pizza.

Stayed at Timbers while visiting family in Oregon. I gotta say the service was exceptional. I think they recently renovated the place so everything was meticulous from the moment we walked in. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They had some great recommendations for local spots and we’d come back to fresh sheets and a clean room every single day. Their continental breakfast was a great way to start the day off. This is, without a doubt, the place for me and my family every time we’re visiting Ashland!

Love this place. The staff is wonderful, the rooms with kitchens are homey and provide all the necessities, and the location is great. My partner and I do a series of trainings in this part of town every year and we love that we can walk everywhere when we stay here-good restaurants and groceries-everything is close by. Plus this is a little family owned place-and it feels like it. You get very personalized care. Great deal for the location and price.

Wow, I've never stayed at such a nice motel before! Great value, kind staff, and an excellent option for an overnight stay (or longer). You can tell they take care of their property, even if some of their things are outdated/older. Downtown is only 5 minutes away and they have great eateries that are within walking distance. My favorite part is that the motel and the parking lot are both nestled in, which makes it feel safer than most motels. Highly recommend!

The new young couple managing the property were nice and accommodating. They made our check in quick and easy. They even had treats for our dog at the front desk. The hotel is cozy, private and intimate; yet close to everything like restaurant, bars and downtown. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in the area.

Me and my husband visited a relative in Oregon and I can say I’ve never been more impressed by a hotel. Especially one so close to downtown. SUPER friendly staff , super clean rooms, and a continental breakfast that is very competitive lol. Wish I could give 10/10!

I recently stayed at the Timbers Inn and suites in Ashland and it was very well kept. It is under new management and they have recently renovated the lobby and it looks great. It is has many shopping and dining options within walking distance and is just a couple minute drive to downtown and the theaters. The staff at the front desk were nice and the breakfast options were great as well. Highly recommend in Ashland.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean.
We loved the out of date, personally. Reminded me of trips with my family in the early '90s. We personally dug the vibe. All the staff were very friendly as well.

It's pet friendly but you wouldn't know by the inside of the rooms, that's how well It's cleaned.
It's hard to find pet friendly hotels where I'm not afraid to take off my shoes in the room.

The only downside I would assume for some, would be the complimentary continental breakfast. That wasn't a priority for our stay so I still gave it five stars.

We Will definitely lodge here next time we're driving through.

Had a great stay at Timbers this past weekend! If you're wondering where to stay in Ashland when you visit - you won't regret this place. Got to chatting with the friendly staff and they mentioned that there's new management that recently renovated the lobby. They've also got clean rooms, comfy beds and a good continental breakfast - you can't go wrong with this pick!

This place is AWESOME! The staff was super cool and very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and the continental breakfast was really good! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I’m in Ashland. Definitely check out Timbers motel! Hands down FIVE STARS!!

I stayed here with my family on the way back to Reno and it was a great experience. The day I stayed here it looked like a few painters were working on repainting the lobby and the work they had done so far looked really nice and modern. The property is under new ownership/management and it really shows they care. The staff were all friendly, the rooms clean and great location close to market of choice and tons of restaurants options. I will definitely stay at the Timbers Inn on my next visit to Ashland.

I called to make sure that the reservation I was booking through a travel website had accurate information. When I got in touch with the manager Bebe (spelling?)she was amazing! She booked my room right then and there, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Much appreciated!

I had stayed here before while visiting a could friends, the lobby has been renovated, looks amazing, staff is super friendly and amazing like always. Super clean rooms bed are amazing the best part for me was the breakfast, hot and fresh continental breakfast! Would def stay here again!
