MUST VISIT!!!

We visited in Mid February, the weather was chilly but not cold and perfect for walking the trails and visiting the Japanese Garden.

I can't say enough about the beauty and peacefulness of this park. It was serene, clean and everyone we passed on the trails were so nice. The bathrooms are not really marked but look for the brown buildings. Bathrooms are very clean!!

I will be going back. If you are in the area spend a few hour walking the trails take a small picnic and just be surrounded by nature.

Excellent park to visit when in town. Whether you want a walk, like gardens, want to have a picnic, catch a concert, play pickleball or just enjoy the outdoors….this is a great park in Oregon.

A beautiful park and venue to gather people in the thousands. The weather was cols and there is no indoor space but the another like feel is great for a small concert. A great a lot to run or stroll with the family.

Lithia Park has gotten more beautiful over the last 30 years. There's a kids play structure, the Japanese gardens, very challenging stairs going straight up on the hillside for hikers and joggers with the chutzpah to climb, and benches and picnic tables to rest, craft, or eat. Today there was a cello player on the path, a couple artists, some deer, and nice breeze. Be aware there is an E-coli warning for the creek, as of August 2023. But don't let it stop you from enjoying the walking paths. Restrooms are open. No dogs, no bikes, no smoking.

Such a peaceful park that allows you to wander... over petite wooden brides, surrounded by woodland creatures, and listen as the creek flows by.
There's also a lovely playground to play upon right next to some bathrooms.

Saw 6 deer before I even parked. Could've given 5 stars off of that. I only walked around half the park, but all, including the Japanese garden, was lovely. I spent quite some time sitting in front of the zen rock garden. The rest of the walk was clean, not too busy, and floral.

Proof that with proper planning, stewardship of land can benefit the present and many future generations. This park is very beautiful, fun and romantic. Great for people of all ages! It's peacefulness and serenity are accented by the sounds of the fresh, flowing stream and the bards and musicians scattered along it. Thank you to the entire team that manages this park!

Fun day visiting. Dog hike where we were allowed, drive around the park (see dog walk), nice duck pond, and fun pickleball with new friends. A must see!

Possibly one of the most beautiful city parks in Oregon! The park is very well-maintained and full of hidden gems and lots of hiking paths. There’s several bridges that go over the creek and plenty of spots for a picnic. Come anytime of the year and the trees will be a different color.

This place is amazing! You can talk a very easy walk around one of the most beautiful parks in the area. I visit this park frequently and am in constant awe of the beauty. The walk along the creek is relaxing with the sounds of water, the wildlife, and the trees. Easily one of my favorites.

No matter the time of year this park delights. It has so much scenery, nature, water and play features. Includes a botanical garden and something everyone will find enjoyable here... except dogs. They are not allowed.

Lithia Park is the crown jewel in the city of Ashland. Centrally located, it offers a variety of uses for all visitors. In the fall the trees at the entrance glow during their color change and in the spring the drive through is lined with century old rhododendrons in spectacular bloom.
The children's park has a bathroom close by and is right on Ashland Creek with steps that families can gently enter the slow flowing water for a fun addition to their adventures.
There are remarkable pockets of different styles including an authentic Japanese garden.

A gem near downtown Ashland, OR! We went on a chilly fall day. The park was packed with people! So much so that parking was a little difficult to find. The park is very large, 100 acres! It has many walking trails that allows you to see the entire park. One feature that we really enjoyed was the Japanese garden. It was beautiful. The fall colors were amazing! The park has a "pickle ball" court, which seemed to be very popular while we were there. After walking through the park and viewing the beautiful fall colors, ducks, and many deer it was a short walk to downtown, from the park, to enjoy the many stores of old downtown Ashland.

I grew up in the area and hadn't been back in 20 years it is just a little Slice of Heaven or something for everybody there are tennis courts and there are many many many trails there's also playgrounds I didn't visit those today there's also an Amphitheater that small and intimate included a few shots of that as well. If you're in the area please it's a great little place to have a 15 or 20 minute walk and you won't be disappointed it is super peaceful and especially when it's hot you will be able to cool off if I could give it six stars I would

Always a great time.
Lithia Park is a beautiful place. It is well kept and Ashland Creek is lovely year round. There are plenty of trails and bridges over the creek, so it doesn't get boring.
