IC Credit Union - Worcester Branch

We just got the mortgage for our new house after having IC for our previous mortgage. My husband was the sole owner of our previous house so I had never experienced the mortgage process before. DawnMarie, Hillary, Sara and their team were incredible. They were responsive and answered all my questions and made getting a mortgage seem downright simple. We don't plan on buying a new house anytime soon, but if we did we'd be using IC again for sure.

Very nice and informative staff. There are willing to work with you when setting up accounts and getting a credit card

It should not be next to impossible to PAY a loan. We had auto payments set up and, their update wiped out autopayment info. When our payment didn't get posted, IC Credit Union didn't even contact us, we found out because they reported it on our credit score and TransUnion reached out to us!!! I tried to pay the loan and set up auto payments but am unable to. IC Credit Union called me to say because I was the CO-Borrower on the account, I could not set up auto payments, my husband is listed as Primary borrower, so he has to set up his own online account and set up payments (from a different institution). Well guess what he can't because during the update everyone was assigned a unique Member Number, but you need to call or log into your digital banking to get the number - but he can't create a NEW online account without said number.

That company is suck a joke,
They did some stupid changements that is not even helpful.
When I tried to pay my bills on the due date. The website was under maintenance for like a week and half. What's really bothering me, is they didn't even notice me that they'll be a changements.
When the website was supposedly good to use, I couldn't still pay my bills.
They keep asking me members I'd which I never had, and never needed before.
I called like maybe 6 times and I couldn't get an agent. When I finally got one, he was an useless one.
He asked a bunch of questions like my social ect. Which I provided. And the clown still couldn't help me pay my bills.
He was like, I have to ask you more questions. What possible more verification questions after like social,address could you possibly asked.
He was asking me like stupid questions address I lived like 10 years ago, that I couldn't even remember..... I still can't pay my bills. Theses people are just pathetic tchup,smh.
Why in earth do they have to update the system? The website was really good before.
Can somebody help me with my freaking bill? I need to make a payment.

Curious how this bank expects us to make loan payments when the make it impossible to actually log in. Their site, app and payment process is TERRIBLE. Please update your site and app so it's user friendly. Still waiting for a call back to make a payment...

Literally have no access to MY ACCOUNTS by phone banking or "mobile" set up.
I have been as patient as possible but when your institution is closed to observe a holiday after you created this chaos... unacceptable!

First off I have NO ACESS TO PAY MY LOANS OFF SINCE CHANGING WEBSITE
... 2ND OF ALL, MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MYSELF HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH TO PAY OFF MY LOAN SO I CAN GET A NEW CAR AND NOONE WANTS TO ANSWER AND GET PAID, AND I CANT GET A NEW CAR UNTIL ITS PAID. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN W THIS BANK!

I always have a checking and savings account at one bank. I put most of my money in my savings and when a check/debit comes in I can just make a simple transfer. I just opened both accounts here and if the money isn’t in your checking account they will charge you 30. Even if you have it and transfer it the same day!!! They don’t care. They said it’s ‘live’. Whatever that means. I never heard of such a policy. I will be closing my accounts as I cannot live under that regime. I don’t make much money so 30 bucks is a lot. I don’t like to keep all my money in my checking as it’s easier to spend it. I have a lot of debits and can’t keep track of them all so it’s easier to transfer the funds. I wish I had known this prior to opening my accounts
