The staff is very friendly, compassionate and provides resources for the area and even surrounding areas if needed. I've never had an issue with the Franklin office, like I had with the one in Meadville.

Franklin Crossroads is by far the best place to go in the Surrounding counties. The staff is amazing , always goin the extra mile to help their patients. Aubrey , is by far the Greatest. Thank you all

I genuinely like the company itself. The doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They're quite knowledgeable in more fields than just recovery. They're truly there to help with any issues you're facing in your life while maintaining sobriety. They never made me feel guilty or bad about being a single mother in a medicine assisted recovery program. I've had that happen with another "recovery" center. Other than a scheduling mistake this past week with locations, I am 100% satisfied with the company itself, the help and information I've received and just the friendly demeanor and non-judgmental environment. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for, in my personal opinion, an upgrade in recovery specialists.
They were very quick to see me for my first visit, which was telehealth. I had a prescription that day to carry me until my first in office visit 2 weeks later. They also accepted my medical insurance which is through the state, no questions asked!

Circumstances put aside, I absolutely love the Franklin office. They have helped me so much! Doctors and nurses are all absolutely amazing to interact with. I don't wait in the waiting room for a couple hours after my scheduled appointment time waiting to been seen by the doctor. The new owners have done a great job making the process AND scheduling smoother. Absolutely a five star review!

I'm happy that I chose Crossroads because of the treatment I receive. The staff, both in office and on the phone, are professional, personable, and very helpful. The doctor that I see is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He makes sure that my needs are met and genuinely cares about my overall health, not just trying to push something on me like I've experienced in the past. Overall I'd rate them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, and I consider myself to be very critical.

So Crossroads in Franklin pa has been my blessing in disguise. If it wasn't for the services I receive here I honestly don't know if I would be alive today. My favorite part about each visit is meeting with Jenn B. It's that one time a month vent session that keeps me headed in the right direction. Jen is so good at her job and cares about each and every person that comes in. Her words and knowing she truly cares means so much to me. Having that person,that you know cares, in your corner is what is keeping me well. So thank you Jen B. Keep doing what you do. You're saving people's lives.

I’m probably one of the best procrastinator’s in the world but crossroads made my life so much easier and more enjoyable because of the great supportive and insightful people who make this fine recovery clinic.

I've been with this company for a long time and started the sublicade shot. I love it and the doctor who does it is great. They need more doctors willing to do the shot. They are great at scheduling and rescheduling.

They make you feel comfortable right from the beginning. They are super understanding and usually it only take 20 minutes and you're out the door. 10/10 would recommend.

I recommend ARS to anyone struggling with addiction. Doctors are awesome to talk with and very caring. It's even better knowing i have someone on myside for once and not treating me differently.
