Horrible customer service!!! Went in to get my daughter's ears pierced, she was super excited too! Told the lady what we wanted done after not even being greeted by her. She growned,grabbed her tablet & didn't say a single word to us for 10 mins! Finally I ask if it's not working ? I got a snippy NO!! Then after several more mins she got it working only to say they only have $80 to $100 earrings. Double what I planned on paying. So needless to say we didn't even get them done. Maybe instead of sitting around eating & being rude they should try order earrings since they're an ear piercing place!!?!

The only reason this is getting even one star is because I can’t rate a zero! Don’t go there for ear piercing!!! I wish I would have learned the girl’s name but they have someone there piercing ears that SHOULD NOT BE!!!! She completely messed up my daughters ear-completely missing the preplaced dark purple dot that the other lady put on for her!!! Then she had the nerve to say “Oops sorry!!!” 😡😡😡 And then they charged me!!!! I am having a whole lot of should have moments right now as a mom! Just don’t go there!
