We visited the store today, Jan 31, 2024. The sales lady went above and beyond helping us. Stellar customer service. Wonderful selection of knives. She was very knowledgeable about her products. Gave us solid advice. And even searched her inventory, finding us a plain edge Enough 2 ENUFF NK390, which is exactly what we were looking for. I give this place a little 10,000 stars. We will be back. They've got a customer for life.

Service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Great quality and selection available. They will sharpen your knives at reasonable prices.
More than just knives for the kitchen, but we were there for kitchen knives so didn't browse around.

Great guys at Northwest Knives. Friendly service and a great selection of US made high quality knives. Worth a look if you're in the area or from out of town just to see some excellent crafstmanship. Definitely recommend.

Amazing selection, friendly staff. Had them sharpen an old beat-up pocket knife (had sentimental value) and it came back better than when it was new! I can now pass it to my oldest son.

Awsome place with great staff. Bought a bench made from them a while back. Went to see them today to get it sharpened and got it done immediately. They are very knowledgeable and super nice would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality blade with quality support behind it!

10 out of 10 easily the nicest place I've ever been to. The guys were very straight shooters and honest with me about price points and what we're looking at even going as far as to explain the kind of steel that I had in my knife and how it might affect the sharpening. It is ever a problem with the steel or they are unable to sharpen it they will not charge you and front desk employees were extremely kind and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to either sharpen knives or get into using knives and cooking hunting or anything night related.

I had a great experience with the staff here while buying a pocket knife and bread knife. Looking forward to going back for sharpening so I can check out more pocket knives!

We purchased our kitchen knives here a few years ago. The knives are fabulous! The owner and staff are always friendly & very helpful. We have brought our knives back to be sharpened and they are like new. Great place to go for wonderful products & service.

Great staff very knowledgeable. This place is not a retail big box store don't expect $30 Kershaw knives here. They sell tools and great quality products. I came in and handled a few knives and decided on and bought a Bemchmade EDC. Owner and staff were great

Beyond the wide array of top quality products, it’s the sincerity and top not customer service this shop provides. I have purchased a ZT knife, a Luminox watch, Benchmade accessories, and have had sharpening on various knives completed. Next up, kitchen set of knives. Nice, professional & friendly people working here. This is the one of the rarest stores where you can find customized Benchmade knives.( Especially for the same price as a standard / This is first store in my experience ).
Also they have a good selection of great quality knives . I'm so glad that I visit this store today and hold in hands rare knives. I'm jealous those people who live near to this store, because they have a chance to feel every new great knife comes out every year and be the first to buy.
It is very important to me to have a business with good guys. I definitely come again.

Are you a women that runs errands for her boyfriend or a women that wants to start a new knife collection? I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are incredibly friendly and as someone that works in customer service I have to ask… how are you all so genuinely nice?! Besides the point. I’ve never been in a knife shop and was a little nervous because I knew I was going to look as ignorant as I am. Holy smokes these people made me feel like an old friend and any dumb (yes dumb) question I asked they made me feel like it was a common question. I want to get into knives just to hang out with these people more! 10/10

Awesome shop, clean, well staffed, and surprisingly busy. A ton of knives in stock and ready to go, went in on 2/11 for an entry level chef's knife for my son. Took all of fifteen minutes to have my mind changed and his too about what we wanted. We left shortly with a 6" German made knife, sheath, and honing steel instead of a 5 to 6" Japanese knife after a brief hands on experience with three knives. I was impressed that the gent we worked with (sorry I didn't catch your name) took Boy seriously with the couple questions he had. We also had a brief lesson about how to properly use the honing steel. 14/10 would shop here again.

If you want to cut something ya this is the place bring a gold bar tho because it's pretty hi-end but with it! I went with Miyabi

Stopped here while passing through. This shop is awesome! The customer service is superb everyone was friendly and helpful. My kids were shopping and they gave them great help and attention. I hope the best for this shop!

This place is awesome for knife lovers. They have pocket knives and cooking/chef knives. They also do knife sharpening. Its next day service. I had a pocket knife and it was $6. I'm not sure about cooking/chef knives. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable aswell
