Walmart Supercenter

Always go out of my way to go yo the location on Eagle Rd. If they didn't shove self checkout down my throat so hard, it would still be a great place to shop. I hate self checkout. I don't work for Walmart. If they want me to self checkout, then I should get a discount.

Just went in to return something and was helped by a man named Justin. He was so friendly and quick with everything, he really made my short time in there a pleasant experience!! Tha k you Justin for being a hood person

Needed to pick up prescriptions and get a vaccination. Pharmacy tech were both very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I usually go to this Walmart because it's convenient. There is quite a bit of traffic but it's worth it. The store is a busy store and the employees are friendly and helpful. The seasonal section was organized and easy to shop.

Walmart continues to prove if you need something you are probably going to find it. So if you need a bunch of different things it saves you a lot of time by finding what you need in one place. We needed weed n feed for our lawn, an igloo cooler, rope, Off insect and tick spray, face toner, crates for storage, propane canisters, hot sauce and taco seasonings, walking poles, and more. Also the prices on their products are very low.

This store was recently remodeled and it looks nice. Walmart had exactly what I was looking for and we found some more bargains while we were there. I love using the app for locations of what I am shopping for.

Got everything on my list and more!! They are stocked, have good customer service, and are not too busy. Parking is good.

There were zero checkers that were assisted. We had to scan our entire order. Before we could get to item one hundred, they have associates with handheld devices coming to randomly check to make sure that you're scanning everything. She then said that we were going to have to do the entire thing over because her hand held said there were 18 items even though our screen said there was , at that time, 92 items scanned. She then blamed it on the handheld and said that the technology was not updating fast enough. But it didn't stop her from stepping in and assuming that we were intentionally not scanning groceries,
And if you haven't noticed, there are now 35 spots in the parking lot for picking up online orders.

I think anyone reading this can see where the world's headed.

Always have what I need. I am careful to check labels...prefer to support homemade (USA) items. Clean store, friendly staff.

Much cleaner than a month ago, might have been holidays.
Normally it's a management thing, if it is they made some good choices.

I always find everything I am looking for for a better price. And I scan my goods without being touched by anyone. I shop at Walmart over and over again. When I travel, before I check in to my hotel, I google Walmart near me first😆.

They are very nice and clean and they overstock which is good because when I take my kids out we buy everything and it’s cheap to so that’s great u guys should check it out sometime soon

Early visits are better. Less people. Friendly staff and store is clean. I come by about once or twice a month.

This is the only Walmart we go to. Nearly all the workers in the pickup department know me and my family. Inside and outside are clean so it's obvious that they care. I love the greeters and the clean carts. They've really been serious about Covid and taking the precautions to help avoid cross contamination. No complaints!!

Always seems to have everything I am looking for. I love the Wal-Mart app, which helps me find what I'm looking for faster. Always a clean store.

Great store. Helpful people,not ENOUGH handicap parking spots. Very good place to shop. Good variety of items to choose from. They SHOULD IMPROVE the healthcare benefits of they're employees.

I realize this may be an unpopular opinion, but the amount of self checkouts that are available is nice - I can swiftly make my shopping trip without having to wait in line.

Went to do a pickup order today, and was told that the hangers that I had ordered were unavailable. I asked if they had them in a different color because it was on my substitution list, and he said no there weren't any other options. For some reason I just felt the need to go in and check, cuz I really needing some hangers as I just moved here, and I found the exact same hangers just in a different color same brand and everything in stock. When I went to the customer service desk I spoke to morgan, and she went above and beyond! Not only did she take down my order information, to make sure that she could check into it for in the future, but she also gave me a better price as they were cheaper than the other color. I don't know if that might have had something to do with it, but either way that shouldn't have affected me getting my hangers today and it was extraordinarily frustrating to have to go in and find that somebody hadn't been honest with me at the time. I cannot sing Morgan's Praises enough! I made sure to let her manager know how wonderful she is because I know being behind a customer service desk you're not always appreciated for what you do. Thank you so much more again for all your help! I'm sure that the person was not being vindictive in any way who brought my order out to me, but I do hope that people realize that it's not always easy for people to go walking through stores. I do have a foot injury that I'm trying to nurse a little and walking through the store right now is just a little tough. So Morgan you made my trip worth it! And I hope your managers give you all the praise and recognition that you deserve. She really represented Walmart well today.

I tried calling customer service for 20 min and they never answered. However, Braceda from the switch board was amazing and helped me out by walking down there and talking to them for me. Thank you girl!
