Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Update 05/19/2024 - Still enjoying my experience overall, but with a slight disappointment. I've noticed that they've started charging for fry sauce now, which is a bit different from most other fast food places where it's usually complimentary, even if you ask for just one. While I can understand the need to cover costs, it's a small change that affects my perception of the overall value. With plenty of other dining options nearby, it's unlikely that I'll be returning to this establishment in the future.

Today, on my way home, I stopped in at the Dairy Queen in Ontario. What a phenomenal experience. The professional&  courteous man that helped me was named John. He knocked the customer service out of the park. He was very upbeat, positive and just had a good vibe about him. The store was clean. It looked professional. The food was outstanding as well. The hamburger looked  and tasted great. The fries were awesome and I love their fry sauce. Keep up the good job, Ontario DQ. John, you did an outstanding job!

We get blizzards here every once in awhile and have never had an issue. The app has a lot of good deals and has improved a lot over the last couple months

Came into DQ this evening and the service was incredible! The young man was so polite I had to ask for his name (KJ) to give him a good review on here!

Quick ice cream and a friendly manager. Everything was very good.

We all needed ice cream after dinner last night. Thanks goodness they were open. We had Sundaes and Blizzards even though it was 24 degrees outside when we got home. It was great. Smooth, just what we wanted, and chocolate-y. Very good, we will go back!!!!!

Always solid visit to the DQ. Wife always wants a Chicken Strip Basket with fries and the side toast. Can't forget the gravy and fry sauce, of course, and if we're feeling frisky, which is always... 😏 we'll get the seasonal blizzard. Always fun to watch em' turn it upside down and then scream cause you're scared they're going to drop it then because you screamed sometimes they do drop it and then they make you a new one and everyone has to wait but that's a part of the fun.

They have the best soft serve ice cream in town. Great ice cream cakes for any occasion. Nasir showed fantastic customer service by going above and beyond in taking my order, with a quick turn around on my order.

They have excellent burgers and shakes. They are are usually pretty busy, if you go during the lunch hour.

We ordered the Chicken Strips and two blizzards. The drive through is all that’s open. The Chicken Strips and Blizzards were awesome. The wait is what it is. Everyone at this Dairy Queen. Doing the best they can. Under what’s at hand! Tell them Thank You!

Fresh hot food and friendly service... Several dirty tables but otherwise great!

Dairy Queen fans - love it. We drove through & everything was very good. The burgers, chicken & ice cream treats were well prepared & tasty. The customer service was excellent to match the food. Totally recommend

Was very pleasant! Lady was right on spot with our order. Was nice as we pulled up to window, smiled and was very courteous! Food was delicious and plan to return. Was drive thru not sure if in store available. But was good experience!😁

The icecream maker is always working!! Always friendly service, but sometimes long lines, but that happens when your the only place in a small rural town that has a working icecream maker.

Manger is awesome. Had an issue with my order and he fixed it when I went back. It was so good and delicious. Chicken was so crispy and tasty. Try the ranch it is Amazing! Will be back again when I’m in town. Thank you so much.

I enjoy coming here pretty often though, 3 bucks for a small I've cream cone is pretty crazy. Might as well get a small blizzard. The food is fair but it's clear that they focus ice cream treats. Staff is always always on the younger side so sense of urgency isn't always there.

No complaints at all, only appreciation for great service. Thank you!
