I always find what I need there and the staff is always friendly. I do a lot of sewing and crafts for my grandkids and they have everything I need there, plus they are the only ones in my entire area that I can get jumbo sized muffin 🧁 papers from.

Ok so this review is probably one where everyone will say duh of course this store is AMAZING but there might be a few people out there that don't know how incredible the shopping experience here is. So our family is large and we for the most part are crafting junkies. We enjoy everything from cake decorating to drawing and sewing to photography and everything in between. What I love about this store is the knowledge of each and every employee. There are times I want to try new things but cannot figure out how to achieve what's inside my head. That's where the lovely employees come in. They help make a vision a reality. If you have never been here you must come inside and become a craft junkie like us

I love going here and always feel so inspired while here. On this visit, I was helped by a lovely lady named Clara who was really kind and knowledgable about what I was looking for/working on. Still have a bit of sewing to do before my little altar is complete, but I think it's coming along nicely! Thanks!!

I love this store. They have so many great craft items. There's deffinately something for everyone and the employees are very helpful and courteous. Great place to shop.

Great place for any craft project. I needed acrylic paints and they had more than a few colors. They had every color I wanted and then some.

Loved going to Joann’s! Loved the sales. Even though they were short handed. And this one customer was upset that there wasn’t another cashier I’m glad the cashier who was taking care of us, didn’t let it both her. Wasn’t her fault that they’re short staffed. It’s like that every where!

Was able to find all the hot coca bomb molds I was looking for a great price, and the meltable chocolate! Everything that we got was on sale and I am definitely going to be going there more often! I forgot how great Joan's is!!

Love this store! They always have something on sale. Great coupons. Huge selection of fabrics and decent collection of scrapbook supplies. Lots of fun projects for the kiddos. Amazing, friendly staff.

I go too this store for art supplies, My Mother, My Girls Mother and of course her. Plastic flowers , trimmings for the Church, very clean, I appreciate that. Most are disorganized, this Store and it's people's are very organized and tell you exactly where too find something. Not the I think it's on that isle if not go there. Good Store Check it out.

I needed some glue for a project and they had exactly what I was looking for!

We had a massive issue with a price mix up from the Boise store. Terri and Heather worked hard to make it right. It was a mess, and they both just kept a happy smile. Thank you so much for all your help!

Love JOANN Fabric Ontario, Oregon!! Everyone was so nice and nice to each other! They were trying to make sure everybody had their lunches and proper breaks because the store was super busy, however they were very attentive to their customers needs! Awesome team work!!!

This JoAnn has some of the best employees I've met! I've shopped at JoAnns from NYC to Seattle to Ohio, and even worked at one, and this store has the friendliest employees anywhere! Plus the store is always very clean and organized.

Let's say you want to reupholster a chair everything you need is here let's say you want to make a blanket everything is here in other words anything artsy-craftsy kind of cookie stuff head on out to Jo-Ann's nicest sales people in the world bar was one of the best fabric Cutters I've ever seen right to the inch I got to tell you it's a pleasure to walk in there and have everybody know what they're doing thank God for women
