FixitPro Cell Phone Repair

A family member took their non-working iPhone 13 to the Boise Town Square Apple Store. Their "genius" repair folks told them it was unfixable and tried to sell them a new one, of course. We took it to Fix It on Overland in Boise and like their name says, they fixed it, on a Sunday night, in 10 minutes. Thanks Fix It!

Wife’s phone broke and I called around everywhere to find out something that wouldn’t break the wallet. These guys did it so fast and for a good price and gave me a free screen protector. In my 7 years that I’ve had an iPhone this was the first time a screen just died on me (wife’s phone). Glad I found these guys to get the job done! Phone looks brand new!

Professional service and customer approach. Very much appreciate upfront and honest opinion before accepting the work on a smashed phone screen. The guy in the shop looked at it and told us to come back in an hour. When we did, my phone looked like new. Super happy with the service. These folks are professionals. I definitely recommend their services.

Needed a phone for my 12 yr old daughter. Got an amazing deal from the girl working there. She's so friendly and amazing! ❤ She understood everything I needed and even directed me in the right place to go for somewhere to get a provider to set up.

Super easy, just needed a cheap phone to get me by since I broke my screen. Didn't catch the lady's name that helped me but she got me set up within 5 minutes! Tested with my Sim card to make sure it was working and everything. Definitely will be back.

Irina was an extremity big help and honestly a life saver. I had a broken charging port and my phone wouldn’t charge. I heavily rely on for work so it was even better that she fixed it such a short amount of time!!

I needed a used phone. She showed me two models and I bought one. I quickly found out that model was not sufficient. She traded
out the other model, no problem.
I also had a problem with my Galaxy phone: the charging port was corrupted. She changed that out in under an hour. $80. My carrier, T Mobile, wanted to sell me a whole new phone (of course).

Had a great experience today at FixitPro. I broke my screen and they fixed it fast. Customer service was awesome as Well. Will recommend in the future.

I Called and asked if they could help. He was able to trouble shoot my issue over the phone. And helped me understand what I needed to do. And I didn't need to go in. Amazingly nice people.

It says they open at 11, but there took me in at 10:40! I broke my iPhone over the weekend and they fixed it for me in less that half an hour. They also gave me a sweet deal on a glass protector. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this place! Store employee Cheyenne (apologies for miss spelling) was super knowledgeable and urgent. Which is awesome with a busy schedule like mine. He was able to give me multiple options on getting a new device or repairs for my dead phone and I was completely satisfied with the end result. I had brought my phone to another cell repair service in Boise and they weren't able to fix my phone. I then brought the phone to FixitPro and they were able to fix my phone within 1-2 minutes!!! The people here are super professional and nice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I have bought several used smartphones from them and they've always worked well. I appreciate how they set the phones up perfectly so when I take the phone next door to the Sprint store to get it hooked up, there are no delays or complications. They know what they are doing!

Dropped my phone in the water for like 2 seconds, a week later my screen stopped working so I went to apple to replace my screen. Got an appointment and everything waited an hour and half then the people at apple told me that my whole phone needed to be replaced because it was water damaged I asked if they could only replace my screen because everything else was working but they said the phone is not fixable and my only option was to get a replacement phone from apple for $375 long story short I took the phone to this place they changed my screen for $99 and cleaned the water and everything worked. Definitely would recommend this place

This was the best place I have ever been too to fix my phone. The staff was very personable and was very helpful. They were honest and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything more than I needed. My phone works better than ever before and I cannot thank them enough! 10/10 would recommend. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
