Stopped to grab lunch on a quick trip to the city as this was close to the hotel. Excellent food, great service, and a very cool atmosphere also pretty well priced. They also have beer, wine, and canned cocktails. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for good gourmet sandwiches! We will absolutely stop back the next time we are in town!

Ever since I started working downtown this place has been my go-to. The chicken cheddar bacon ranch sandwich is amazing every time.

The problem i have with this place is every damn thing on the menu is amazing. So i want to shout out to the crew here, because i always give them a few that are on my mind and they guide me towards the best choice with truly thoughtful and wise counsel!

Nice atmosphere, very fair prices for how delicious and quality everything is. Come get a sandwich that is tailored to warm your heart and comfort your soul.. and make your belly real happy :3

This place has become our number one sandwich spot in Boise. We absolutely love it! We came in on Saint Patrick’s day for a Ruben and have been back once a week since. HIGHLY recommend the Bacon Steakin’ Mushroom, the L.A.P.D and the Delicioso. We walk down once a week, get a couple drinks and try a new sandwich and haven’t been let down once. It’s very rare for my girlfriend to not make any modification on an order, but she orders everything as is here because it’s all great! Also they have very friendly staff, Austin was super helpful on our second visit and answered any dumb questions we had. He made us feel like regulars on our second visit in and we appreciate that!

After coming by Deli George for a quick lunch, I understand why it’s so popular. I arrived around lunch on a Monday to quite a line that moved quickly. I ordered one of their specials, the Tri-Tip sandwich (house smoked tri-tip, a drizzle of Teriyaki, mayo, lettuce, provolone cheese served on toasted ciabatta bun, $12.99). I only waited 10 minutes which I found quick considering how busy it was.

I can’t recommend this sando enough. It was heavenly! They are very generous with the amount of tri-tip. For how much I paid, I expected much less meat. It was incredibly flavorful and wonderfully cooked. Each bite was beefy, tender deliciousness. The goods were very fresh, and the ciabatta bun was slightly toasted and gave a lil perfect crunch. It’s a big one, too! I only needed half but couldn’t help to eat the entire thing and was satisfied for the entire day.

Easy to find, past service, laid back atmosphere and awesome food. 100% will return and recommend!!

What a cool find! Kind of busy parking lot with the Chic-fil-A and Wendy’s, but definitely a welcome change to the traditional chain options. Pretty fast service and flavorful salads. The turkey bacon avacado sandwich was delicious. The grilled cheese was beautiful, but lacked that buttery rich bite. The chicken bacon salad and stuffed avacado salads were also fantastic!

Awesome place. I had been wanting to try it for years! So glad I finally did. Cute decor inside. Prices are mid range, but it's not a 'fast food's joint either - these are fantastic gourmet sandwiches. Food came out quickly, the staff were very nice. Would highly recommend this place!!!!! I had the Ruben (which was absolutely delicious!!!) wife had the cheese steak and loved it. 😁

I’ve had the pleasure of eating at Deli George several times while working in this area and I’ve never been disappointed. Hands down one of the best sandwich shops in the Treasure Valley! Keep up the good work guys your good is awesome!

Family owened and operated deli. Extremely friendly staff and atmosphere. Owner was walking around making sure everything is as expected. He has owned it for a year. Had a beef dip and it was really good. I'd definitely come back. Only problem is it's a little hidden and hard to find.

I've never had pastrami but after seeing a picture of the lapd, I had to try it! The sandwich did not disappoint, soft bread, meat was delicious, perfect amount of mustard and the pickles had the perfect flavor. The guy working the counter was so friendly and sweet, the cooks came up and were so helpful answering my questions. I absolutely recommend this place and this sandwich!

Out here on a business trip, and I'm so glad I checked this place out! One of the best Ruebens I've ever had and the customer service was great. I like how the inside of the establishment gives you a small town feel and vibe. I'll definitely be going back!

Brisket sandwich, delicious, fabulous, awesome, and a gem. In my humble opinion the rest of the treasure valley bbq places should take lessons on how to smoke a brisket. I've also had their cheese steak which was very good. Will be back to try at least 5 other sandwiches. Oh had very good imperial black ipa

The Boise Cheese Steak was amazing, wouldn't change anything about it.

Stuffed Avacado was very good as well, (needs onions maybe)

They have remodeled the dining room making it even more friendly and inviting. The service and food is still amazing!

The staff continue to be friendly and the food offerings are delicious!
...also, get a cooking, the lemon cake is the best!

Always make sure to stop by at least once when I’m in town from Atlanta. Great service, incredible sandwiches, great tunes too!

This place is fantastic! I had the slow smoked brisket sandwich which was on a pretzel bun which was toasted. I in love with this sandwich. My friend got the buffalo chicken sandwich looked amazing as well. Make sure to get a cookie! They are huge and delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful! The decor is fun and super family friendly.

One of the best sandwich shop in Boise Idaho.. fresh cooked meats, Keith and staff are one of the finest in their business. All I can say is you must give this restaurant a try. Very impressive. Thanks Darrell and Autumn

Love this little hidden gem of a sandwich shop! The food is great, and the atmosphere is like walking right back in time to the 70’s. Low key, laid back, great service and a damn good sandwich! You can’t beat it! Forget Subway or Jimmy John’s and treat yourself while helping a local small business!

Me & my husband tried it for the first time and it was really good! I got a salad and he got sandwich.
