Franklin Building Supply

For two week’s my friend tried to order online over the phone things we needed to get at Home Depot, they couldn’t find the online order, then one guy went to lunch, and started again we waited three hours there when we decided to go to Franklin lumber, Franklin lumber had us loaded and gone in 15 to 20 min. Love you guys thanks, not shopping Home Depot again!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Austin Halley, he’s a lumber sales associate, he provided great customer service. He was able to provide me with all my necessary building supplies needed to complete my build very quickly and he even provided the necessary materials that I FORGOT to ask for!!! He is extremely friendly and he provides excellent customer service. If you have a build going and need materials he’s your guy 10/10 customer service!!!! Thank you Franklin building supply for your help and most of all a big shoutout to Austin for his hard work and dedication to exceeding the expectations of customer service!!!

I had some questions regarding what materials would be necessary to complete a project I had been avoiding forever. Luckily employee Austin was quick to the rescue to answer my questions and make sure I could complete my project finally and at a price point that was better than I was expecting. I was trying to find a front door with only one hole for the doorknob. Depot and other places tried convincing me I should get what they had instead.
I'm tired of getting talked down to or being ignored and that's all I get. That until I called Franklin building supplies door shop! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were even early on my order!

Very nice place to get the personal service that is long but gone with home depot and others. Friendly, very helpful and they don't talk down to you if you don't know the proper term for something.

I went Franklin building supply trying to get materials for a shop I wanted to do. I met Austin at the counter and gave him all my measurements an told him I needed a quote then left, thinking I would hear from him in a few days , maybe a week , he called not even 3 hours later with a full quote with everything I needed , i ended up buying it an when the lumber pack showed up everything looked awesome an i had little left over after it was built , this is hand's down the best service I have seen in years an I will continue to shop there for every project I do from now on

I just wanted to share my experience at Franklin with Austin at the sales counter I have done a few projects with him lately and have been very pleased with his hard work he has done a great job at getting everything I need and very responsive.

I recently visited franklin looking to get some sort of composite decking for a project of mine , I met a guy named Austin and told him what I wanted and how I wanted it , the next day he emailed me a picture of exactly what my deck would look like built an it looked amazing , I definitely experienced some awesome customer service an hospitality an will definitely be a returning customer because of austin!
