St. Johnsbury Perfect Scents Candles

I can't say enough good things about this company and the customer service that is provided. Especially by one of their employees, Kathie. I've bought candles and accessories for 20+ years during Shakerwoods and Christmas in the Woods from St. Johnsbury ( they do make the best candles I've ever smelled!). This year I made a purchase at their booth and after getting home regretted not buying another item, which was a decorative gingerbread nutcracker as part of their display. I called the store to ask if they had it in stock and could it be shipped to me. Kathie had been my contact person. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, and really went out of her way to go above and beyond for me! Her customer service is extraordinary! They are fortunate to have someone like her represent their company. It certainly means I will continue to support and buy from them.

I attended the Shaker Woods Festival to stock up on St. Johnsbury "Special" candles. There isn't another candle that permeates through my house as well. Love them!

I loved this place. The place was very relaxing. The woman in the store ( sorry didnt catch her name) was very very nice. Bought some pretty things at good price. I am going back soon. Hope the store stays open so I can buy lots of holiday gifts. Smells good too!

We get to st johnsbury everytime we go to shaker woods! They never disappoint! I hope I can find something online here!!!

The Sales lady Was Very helpful. We arrived at the store fifteen minutes before closing and we're told to take our time she would remain open. Helped get the best of each product.

I bought my first st. Johnsbury candle at shaker in the woods this past weekend. I wish i would have only bought 1 instead of 4. This candle burned all day and literally did not put off a smell in the house. I love buying candles but this one really disappointed.

I emailed them asking about the ingredients in their candles and wicks, but I never received a response. It would be helpful if the information was posted on their website.

Why does the smoke out/ oder out candle have a scent? I had to bliw it out and get rid of it cause I couldn't handle the scent, my husband had to leave the room.

Called to make sure they were open today, drove over an hour only to get there, was planning on buying Christmas gifts and they are closed. I called and was told it was a family emergency. Won't waste my time coming back.
