He took his time explaining the costs of each option and providing honest answers to our questions. We left the dealership satisfied with our purchasing experience.

Myself and my wife stopped in on a Tuesday, late in the day, to look at, and test drive a 2024 GMC Denali 3500 Ultimate dually truck. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Tiffany. Well let me tell you, she was very helpful. Within 5 minutes we were inspecting the vehicle, then test driving it. When we returned to the dealership after the test drive, Tiffany met us again, and asked what we thought, we told her we wanted to move forward with the purchase. Tiffany advised she was off on Wednesday and would work on it on Thursday, I said not a problem at all, I was in no big hurry.
Wednesday on her day off I received a text message from her, and on her day off she worked up all the paperwork, and had the deal done.
We went in on Thursday, with our trade in, and within 15 minutes, we were done with everything , and ready to leave with our new truck. Tiffany did show us all the features of the truck, set up OnStar and Wi-Fi before we left.
I did go to the manager and told him what a great job she did, she spent her day off working on this sale, and I advised him that work ethics like she presented are hard to come by in this day and age.
We were completely satisfied with our purchase, the dealership, Tiffany our sales person, and the very quick service. One of our easiest purchases we made.

The dealership did a great job, got me in quickly and I was in and out of the shop. I didn't have much wait time at all. The service employee went out of his way to make sure I get reimbursed from the extended protection plan. Great experience.

Just bought a new truck from AJ at Fairway GMC. It was a great experience. They gave me a great price well below what other people were selling for. There was zero gimmicks. The price was so good I flew from Grand Rapids Michigan down to them. They even picked me up from the airport. I asked them not to sell me on any warranties. They had me on the road within 5 minutes and did exactly what I asked for, and they said they would do. Don't hesitate with them.

Having a vehicle at the dealership for maintenance, was a first time experience for me as this was my first vehicle. Let me just say, they went above and beyond! Customer service was excellent! I asked them to do an oil change even though I was there for other reasons, and they were able to do it right away, no problem! They also ran the vehicle through the car wash for no extra charge! Great experience buying my first brand new car. I have been trying for 2 months to get the new 2024 Trax to no avail, trying all dealerships within a 200 mile radius. Came across Power Gm thru an ad on Facebook that showed they had the 24 Trax in the Activ trim I wanted and reached put to confirm it was in stock and available with very little hope of it actually being available. To my great surprise Tiffany contacted me immediately, I drove out to see the car in person and with ease purchased the vehicle right then and there. Tiffany was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! They were able to get me in a brand new car, even with my less than perfect credit, without making me feel bad about my credit situation. Very smooth and fast process.
