Neighborhood Sbarro

Yall, I haven't had Sbarro pizza in YEARS!! We saw this one as we were coming back from a trip to Columbus a week or two ago and had to come back & try it. We bought us each a slice, just to try it because it had been so long & I wasn't sure if I'd like it. Yall it was so good that we went in & ordered two whole pizzas to take home! It was just as good as I remembered. We'll definitely be back.

Service was very friendly and helpful. I would of loved a Gf Df option but my friends looked awesome. He said the crust was a tad chewy.

Love me some Sbarro pizza! The staff there is great too! I'm a regular customer for a reason.

We here at Valvoline go here from time on our lunch breaks. Pizza is is fresh every time. I get the pleasure of seeing GM Steven, helluva guy! He’s a very respectful and generous guy!

I enjoyed the NY style all meat pizza. Stopped in here twice in one week with a coworker and it didn't disappoint either time. Slices were huge and I got the garlic sauce to dip my pizza in. My coworker got ranch. I'll definitely go back.

We have been going to this location for years. We have always enjoyed their service and their food. Buddy waited on us tonight and the customer service he provided us with was fantastic. There was an issue with toppings on our pizza and they made sure to make up for it! The pizza was also especially good this evening. Great job and great location!

The pizza earns about 4.5 stars for the price point, maybe a step below little Caesars but fairly close and cheaper if you want to get toppings. The employees didn't seem to hate their job and welcomed everyone who walked through the door while I waited for my pizza, so A+ service.

5 stars. I came in there on a busy day to order 4 pizzas to go. Place appeared to be short staffed and was predicting a exceptionally long wait with the people in front of me. I think the guys name was Steven. Great customer service and got my large order completed in no time. Will recommend to others to stop by.

Excellent NY Style Pizza and really good salads. Order was ready fast, and was great. Third time ordering from this location, and will definitely be ordering regularly.

I know the reputation of Sbarro has them forever enshrined in the food courts of crumbling malls across America, but the stand-alone pizza shops in neighborhoods like Worthington are seriously great. You can get an XL pizza for $15 and feed a family of 6. It's not the best New York style pizza in the city, but it is really good; especially for the price. Hand stretched dough makes for a tasty pie and crust. Kicks the snot out of garbage pizza like Papa John's.

Honestly haven’t even received my pizza yet, but the customer service is amazing. Steve called me to clarify an order and instead of sounding annoyed he was upbeat and pleasant. It’s those little details that make a huge difference and I hope he (and the others working) knows that kindness goes a long way.

Great for large events. Twice I used this location for large orders for work. Delivered on time. Hot and fresh. Several pizzas. A couple of strombolis. Salad trays. Great service. Great price. Very friendly and helpful. And in the end, the food is incredibly delicious. My Team is asking how soon we can order again. I would use Sbarro for another work event, but would also be great for hosting a party.

I have eaten at this location many times but I decided to order delivery today for the first time. I really like their pizza as it’s the closest I’ve seen here to east coast style. They use Postmates for delivery and my pizza arrived in about an hour. They did not use a pizza warming bag and the pizza arrived stone cold. I immediately called back as it was completely inedible. The person I spoke to on the phone assured me he would take care of it and he made a new pizza and delivered it in under a half hour. It was hot and delicious and once again I am very satisfied. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Great alternative to Ohio style or traditional pizza. I never knew there was a Sbarro outside of a mall until I found this location. I know what most people are thinking - gross mall pizza, but that is certainly not the case.
Stromboli is huge and pizza is a good NY style.

They also have a large menu to get a nice variety.

My personal rating is a 4.7, but Google doesn't allow decimal reviews, so I rounded up.

I only give five star ratings. Period. If I don't like a place I just don't return. At the end of a stressful day, Miss Lauren and her kind, smiling face, made my day a better one. There's something about people like her that just makes you feel better. I'm guessing she is destined to be maybe a Bank President or some kind of amazing Leader some day. I LOVE this place. I always get the large Stromboli with mozzarella and the creamy ricotta sauce. The Stromboli bread is topped with sesame seeds. It’s ALWAYS flavored and cooked perfectly. The sesame seeds add an extra hint of flavor that makes Sbarro Stromboli’s better than all the rest. Consistently excellent food!

I really enjoyed this location! I stopped in for a take out order and the staff was super nice. The manager was working the front and he was very sweet and attentive. The food was great too, but it's the service that will definitely be bringing me back. Thank you for such a great experience!

Evan Root and Joey Leach gave me excellent service. He got me what I needed (pizza) and baked ziti with meatballs. He also was very kind and helpful.

Pizza is very well made and very cheap. Workers are kind and very efficient. I go pretty much every day for lunch and would highly recommend.
