Overall good experience. First time coming to a big sandy looking at sectionals and mattresses, and Barbra made what seemed a fairly overwhelming selection way easier to navigate. There are varying qualities of furniture with a varying price range but all within moderate pricing. Although we did not purchase anything this day we would return to consider more of our options here once we narrow it down.

Went to the Superstore in Dublin. I was greeted by Jean. She was lovely and so helpful. She let me browse, answered all my questions, and helped with my purchase. I will definitely be back for my next home purchase!

We recently purchased furniture from the Big Sandy Superstore in Dublin. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience from the time we walked in, how are salesperson worked with us and ultimately purchasing our product. Our salesman Jordan did not push us, allowed us to look around at our leisure and in private but always available to answer our questions. If you are considering purchasing furniture, I highly recommend the Dublin Big Sandy Superstore. Large selection to look at, knowledgeable help and competitive prices. Be sure to ask for Jordan.

My salesman, Scott, patiently explained the different grades of furniture construction and then gave me time and space to explore the many options on the floor. With his help, I was able to choose the arm shape, stitching style and leather for my couch and for a companion chair. It was a fun and easy process and I look forward to my new furniture arriving in a few weeks.

Great selection, prices and staff! I went into the store looking for a specific laundry set, and to browse for furniture. I was immediately greeted, and offered assistance, but I then I was left to browse.
I love that Big Sandy’s has a wide selection of items at different price points and styles. They have affordable trendy pieces, and they have timeless Amish-made solid wood pieces.
Both the Appliance sales rep and the Furniture sales rep were very knowledgeable about their offerings, the features, how they compared to other similar items, etc.
I ended up buying a piece of furniture and the laundry set, and I’m very happy with the price, quality and experience I had.

Very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Big Sandy. The store was very clean and very well organized. We were met immediately by a extremely professional and helpful sales associate. My husband and I had a fabulous time at Big Sandy's. The floor was beautifully laid out, easy to walk through and sprinkled with great ideas for combining colors and styles. We were assisted by Ms. Barbara, who found the perfect balance of support and guidance with hands off time for us to talk and explore freely. I appreciate how she incorporated our feedback on pir different styles and preferences to steer us not to a compromise but a dream living room set for both of us. Wanola was an amazing salesperson. She treated us with kindness and showed us many different options. The only bad thing I have to say about her is that she can definitely convince you to spend your money with how great she is! She definitely made our experience very pleasant and easy.

Home appliances are not my area of expertise, and I recently received wonderful assistance and advice from Drew, who was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and patient. He helped me select a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, and I am so pleased with my purchases and the outstanding customer service I have received. Thank you, Drew!

Big Sandy has a great array of furniture. Jessie was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure sales. Wonderful service and fast. I highly recommend Jessie and Big Sandy.

Melissa spoke to me on the phone, and confirmed that the washing machine I was interested in purchasing was available at the Dublin store. I arrived shortly thereafter and met Melissa. She quickly wrote up the order for my machine, let me know about a spin to win promotion, and completed the sale. When I arrived at the loading area, my machine was waiting, and I was helped with loading it in my truck. There were no high pressure attempts to sell me an extended warranty (though it was offered.) All in all, it was a very pleasant purchase.

I first went to Big Sandy because a friend recommended that a product I wanted was available there. This was our first time shopping at Big Sandy Superstore. We were assisted by Travis in purchasing a king size mattress. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, patient with our time needed to compare and discuss our choices and what we really appreciated, he listened and assisted in a personal way rather than pushing different products to make a sale. Very professional and still super likable and easy to work with; quick stop in to check out products, new mattress will be delivered this week. Great experience. Thank you Travis!
