Dentist is attentive and takes time for a great examination.
I started with them about three years ago after experiencing high prices and roughshod work else where.
I have founf my long time dentist.

Denise does a great job, I travel 30 mins for my appointments and don't plan on leaving anytime soon b/c of the good experiences thus far.

Used to love them, but they have recently changed dentist, dental hygienist and receptionist. My husband and I showed up 3 different times for appointments, only to find that the hygienist wasn't there (twice) and we needed to reschedule, and (once) dentist was running late, so could I come back in a half hour. Needless to say, we are looking for another dental office.

I went there a few times with no major issues. For some reason though, they would not take my wife there. My last visit, I went in, and they asked for my insurance, as usual. I gave them my card, and was sent in to have work done (a broken tooth that hurt A LOT).

They took xrays, and the Dentist had all the equipment laid out to do the work, but then they stopped when the secretary said they werent sure if they took my insurance. SInce I had used them 5 or 6 times previously, I thought it was a paperwork mix up. They said that they had to check to make sure. They did NO WORK on my tooth, I literally was told to come back. So I left, still in pain.

Out in the parking lot, I called my insurance company, and they told me as soon as I mentioned the name, that Orion had stopped taking my insurance. That phone call took less than 30 seconds to verify. Orion did not say any of this before they started to examine me, I was under the impression that my insurance was still OK. I never got a bill from them. ( I believe they briefly closed down).

Then last year, I got a letter from another Dental service, saying that they were now accepting Orion's old patients. Shortly there after, I suddenly began receiving billing from this company, even though they had not done anything at all, service wise. I did not pay them, and NOW I have a lawyer for them calling me. They call this "service"? I would recommend that NO ONE go there.

Gone here at least 3 times. The dentist here is uncaring and don't care about the patients. Worse dentist that has no emotions or feelings for the patients. Only care about getting the job done disregarding how painful or uncomfortable the patient is. They also charged me a $50 no show fee when I called ahead to tell them I will not be coming. Don't go there... Andrew J Goss off of Route 57 is much better and professional

The dentist at this location has changed. During my most recent cleaning they tried to sell me multiple different products. I will not be returning.

Terrible service. Dentist don't care. The you can't even bill insurance without there being problems. I would give zero stars but that is not an option.
