I'm a truck driver I stopped there to fuel up and sit for a day I had a great experience Gerardo and Netty was just the funniest people I've met there had the best customer service skills and very friendly and nice ☺

I just want to say that Darris or Darius please forgive me I don't know how to spell his name. But he is a true Saint and a token to the workforce. People like him that actually have a personality make it all worthwhile and make me feel like coming back to this truck stop. He is a true gentleman and a scholar. I believe if it wasn't for people like him this place would be lost! People like him actually have personality and greeted me with a smile, that means a lot to the cold all life out here on the road to a truck driver.

Hands down the best cleanest friendliest P.F.J I've been in across all 48 in a very long time. Thank you team for the friendly smiles & to the wonderful shower attendant for the spotless shower!

I stop visiting and purchasing diesel from Pilots and Flying j's while ago due to certain reasons. The main reason was the showers. But i gave chance to visit this store and this store surprised me. They have good communication skilled employees such as Elissa and the showers are well clean. It's not just wiped off for look. I was like " wait a minute. This store deserves a good review" and get my phone to live one. Thank you pilot#380, i look forward visiting in the future again.

Fueled here with no problem. Has DEF at the pumps for all of us that have the scr system equipped trucks. Has a large c-store and showers. Have not used the showers at this one. Parking fills up very quickly because of all the businesses in the area. Is only about 1 mile off of 81.

I just love Pilot. Glad the ghetto McDonald's is out of there. Hopefully there will be a better restaurant available for the truck drivers to be able to get a decent meal when they stop. Would be nice if it was something healthier than greasy food.

Best shower pressure hands down! Hands up. Praise enjoyment. Clean showers. Long wait but that's ok. Make sure you can at least spare an hour waiting. This was on a Tuesday night around 9pm.

Major Truck stop with a lot of parking spots in back & gas pumps in front for cars.. Anything you could think of for a road trip is available inside.. Great location at a intersection of the Thruway and 81 north or south in Central New York ( Syracuse) I always get gas here before any road trip!

It's a very friendly and well operated truck stop in Syracuse, the staff are responsible and friendly, and are serious about policy! But generally, the little things that they do make it a welcome out stop, including shower rooms for the traveler!

This is an interesting place to browse when you have time to kill or if you are hungry into the night & morning hours. You can buy DVDS, souvenir s, snack food, Etc. You can eat at the McDonald's and sit & relax. The shop has a variety of unusual items. They also have a grill with hotdogs and quick travel food.

Another wonderful place for varieties of Coffee, little cheaper then Dunkin Donuts on, no disrespect towards them. Also good place for Wall and Vehicle Chargers for many different Devices, Soda's, Milk, Snacks for long Distance travel. Plus this location in Syracuse NY, also has different Restaurant's around the area going towards Buckley Road, McDonald's new location since moving outta Pilot, BK kitty corner to the upper left or right Depending on the area your coming from, as a Denny's, Subway, 🏨, And a K.F.C/🌮 Bell further on the street heading towards Electronic Parkway.

Great truck stop; has huge lot for trucks out back and showers. Half the store is accessories for truckers (tools, radios, cell phone accessories, luggage bags, cooking and refrigeration things, travel logs, etc...) Friendly staff.
