I started coming here simply because it was close to my home. After my 3 visits now and an oral surgery, I would drive an hour to get this kind of experience! The staff is genuine and kind, and makes every effort to make sure you are taken care of! They have a great communication systems and remember me by name! I’ve received a card and personal calls to check in after my procedure. They take the “family” part seriously and I can tell the staff love working together!

YSFD is a top-rate establishment with friendly staff and knowledgeable dental professionals. My initial visit was comfortable and informative, and everyone there seemed genuinely interested in my health.

I had a my first time to their office after taking quite a few years off from the dentist. From the moment I walked into the door! Each person I interacted with was kind, helpful, explaining everything being done and answered all my questions! I have already recommended them to my family to switch to their office!

SO attentive, accommodating, and Dr. Dimento always explains everything he is doing with great detail so you know what to expect- especially if you're like me and dont like going to the dentist. I have been to a handful of dentist and every single one left me with a bad experience. I can not rave enough about your Syracuse dentist. They walk you step-by-step through every process they’re doing to you and make you feel comfortable during any procedure they’re doing. I 1.) now enjoy going to the dentist and 2.) actually refer people to a dentist.

The best part of this practice would be, each and every encounter with staff has been pleasant.

Like many people, I don't love going to the dentist, but WOW! Everything about my appointment was pleasant. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. The waiting area and patient rooms are beautiful and calming. I was seen promptly. Alexis did a great job with my x-rays and teeth photoshoot. Dr. Dimento was extremely kind and so informative. I've never had such a thorough dental appointment before in my life. It was truly an educational experience, and an enjoyable one at that. Nadia cleaned my teeth and taught me how to floss better which I appreciate. Overall, they are setting the healthcare bar extraordinarily high. Highly highly recommend.

I have been jaded from dental offices like Aspen dental. I always thought dental offices were just out to get money and so I refrained from going for awhile. A friend and her husband suggested this place. When I walked it I was greeted and checked in immediately. The tech was pleasant while taking my X-rays. Doctor DiMento is amazing. He educated me for awhile about my teeth and why they look the way they do. I felt like I was an important person instead of just a number. He sent me a hand-written letter to my house afterwards thanking me for coming in. The team here is truly one of a kind and I trust them.

This is the best dentist office. I have always dreaded going to the dentist until I experience this office. Dr meluney and dr dimento are absolutely incredible.

I had my first general checkup and cleaning service in this office. Dr Dimento was very well explaining every detail and the issues based on the xray images of my teeth. He and all staff of this office are very patient, polite and very well caring.

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS PRACTICE! I had been out of a regular dental office routine for several years prior to visiting Dr. DiMento and his team. I was a bit nervous about even just a simple cleaning. The staff here is so kind and welcoming, they take great detail to insure that you know what they are doing in your mouth and why. I love the transparency. The office is so clean and there a equipment so high tec. I truly feel I have made an excellent choice in my new dentist and look forward to recommending anyone that needs a new dentist.

I cannot praise this office enough! I received really sub par dental care the majority of my life and as a result I was terrified to go to the dentist. As a matter of fact I just didn’t go for several years, but my teeth started bleeding regularly and I knew I couldn’t ignore them any longer. I had delivered mail to Dr DiMento’s office for several years and the staff seemed so nice so I decided to give them a try. I’m not going to lie, my teeth were in rough shape and I had to endure some uncomfortable first visits, but the doctors, their support staff and Christina went out of their way to make it the very best experience that they could. I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist. In fact I look forward to going now as my teeth have never looked and felt better! On a side note, my husband became quite ill this past year and how is your husband is ALWAYS one of the first questions that I am asked when I am there. These folks will not only care about your oral care, but will care about you as a person as well! I could not ask for more and could not recommend them more!
