They are currently remodeling the store but that hasn't affected how great they are. I had a terrible experience trying to upgrade online and then even calling their help line. I was able to save a bunch of money by going into the store. He was so patient, kind and helpful. This location not only has cellphones and accessories. They now have speakers, video game controllers and other electronics. Eric (not sure of spelling) was fantastic and deserves a giant raise!

Considered growing a mobile data plan tree but I guess that doesn't grow on trees either. Not sure what type of world my daughter's growing up in these days.

We went in to have my phone, that wasn't charging looked at, and get an upgrade for my father, on our family plan. The technician, Mark, cleaned out my phone port, and got it able to charge again. He also helped my father and I both pick new phones, and accessories, and in doing so, with brand new phones, our bill is less per month than prior. He explained everything to us, and what benefits would come along with the new phones. As always, our visit was pleasant and helpful.

Want great customer service? Ask for Ryan. He is a professional. Very knowledgeable and addressed all concerns. Future manager potential.

Excellent experience! We drove 50+ miles for a better experience having visited other closer stores in the past. Shanta went above and beyond as a specialist. We bought 3 new phones, protectors, shields and new unlimited plan for all. Got us the best deals and discounts going at the time and exactly what we were looking for mixing both Apple and Android phones. She did some of the searches for us that she didn't have to do, and really did an awesome job for us! We were very happy. Thanks Shanta, great job, hope Verizon appreciates you! We will def. come back in the future.

We had an outstanding experience in the Batavia Verizon store working with Dominic sales rep. He was patient and so helpful with getting new phones and services from 3G to 5G. .Dominic made our "life" changing experience stress free.

This place is great. We got four phones here and you cannot be the service. It's not their fault but be careful of all the extra fees you have to pay.

We went into the Verizon store in Batavia to upgrade my phone , my husbands phone and add a phone for our daughter. Mark was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, went through our many options with us, and made what we wanted to happen, work! He answered our many, many questions and was a pleasure to work with! Thank you Mark for making something I was dreading, a great experience!!

Very impressed with the service and courtesy of the Service Technician that handled the setup of my husband's phone, my tablet and I will be going back to him this week to have my new phone setup. I have always had great service at the Batavia Verizon store. Highly recommended.

Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful! I went there for help on buying a tablet the staff there was extremely helpful. Unfortunately they don't have enough staff for when it gets busy! But the staff does do an amazing job! My only complaint is not with the staff but with Verizon! The price s are too high! And Verizon needs to stock more items in the store ! Seems like they had stocked more items years ago!

Gave 5 stars for the woman who helped me. Guy at door told me half hour and I waited 4th in line for service. Only 2 people helping customers. Waited half hour and guy at door let some guy who had just walked in go ahead of others. Guy at door said oh yeah you have been waiting. Finally got woman to help me which took about 5 minutes to reset some things on my phone. I told her it is sad to see such poor customer service. If Verizon doesn't get more help, people will change phone carriers. Wish I had woman's name that helped me. She was great.

The employee...the fella with the beard...was great!! My Bluetooth wasn't working in my car and he actually came out and sat in my car, hoping to fix it....he couldn't figure out how to fix it and now my new replacement phone is it's way... Good job great people skills

Great experience here. Mark and the manager (didn't catch his name) were very helpful, approachable and informative. Would definitely recommend this store (and them) to anyone!

Ordered a phone online which had a defect and wasn't working right. Went to the store was greeted by the manager who took my name and told me what number I was in line. Dealt with a couple different staff members all of which were very friendly. They helped me return the defective phone and replaced it with a new one. Definitely will be my go to verizon corporate store!

Ordered Galaxy watch 5 online picked up in store. Super fast and easy.

Customer service is always on point at the Batavia store! I received a replacement phone by mail and I was struggling to reset the old phone so I could send it back. I brought it to Batavia Verizon and they were able to help! Keep up the good work!

I recently had quite an issue (not caused by Verizon). Chris and Zach at the store were wonderful, and solved the problem quickly.Their customer service as well as kindness are exemplary!!
