Place is always clean, organized and fast. The morning drive through guy is so happy and can make your day with his greetings. The manager(I think) is on top of things and makes sure everything runs smooth. Favorite McDonald’s!! Seasonal/holiday decor is Alton point.

This McDonald's excels in one great attribute: Their exceptional customer service. The two ladies at the counter, and one or two more bringing the food and other items to the tables, are amazing.
They are very kind, attentive, and sweet. My wife and I saw how they even went to the tables to make sure their well treated customers had everything they needed.

This particular McDonald’s had the coldest pop and the hottest food I can recall when it comes to this chain. We enjoyed it all. It was a rainy day and the staff brought our food out to the car with a smile and a happy holidays.

Typically, I use the drive thru on the weekend for breakfast. I bring my dog along, and the staff at the drive-thru fawn over her. She absolutely loves it. Service is quick and friendly. We also have specific requests that we ask for on our sandwiches, and they are very accommodating to our requests.

My son has autism and a really loves going there they always treat them really good and he enjoys the food

This is a nice location. When I came in I was able to use the kiosk to order, followed the instructions, paid, went to my table and what I ordered was brought to me. Great option plus I recorded the app because you can get items delivered, order to have ready when you get to the location and more

Clean inside and out, competent and professional staff, quick service, very few mistakes from this location. Also the only fast food restaurant nearby that's open 24 hours right now!

The manager Connlan is the best, McDonald's needs more management like him. My family and I had gotten a family meal from another location and it was horrible.. we were already far away from the other McDonald's, but I stopped in his restaurant and told him what happened. He was very understanding and apologetic, he really took care of me and my family with new food. Very nice of him!! East main St McDonald's is the only one I will go to now. We were traveling through and stopped for breakfast. The service was great! We ordered a cold brew coffee frappe, then changed it to a chocolate chip frappe. But, because they had already made the cold brew, they gave us both. I'm starting to think that I should change my mind more often. 😊
The whole interior was really nice, and the restrooms were clean. 👍

First time visiting a McDonald’s that was touch screen order. Interface was easy to use and quickly found items desired. Food time was fast - though it wasn’t a traditional rush hour. Was a bit confused why the screen asked for a drink choice when a self-serve fountain was present. Food was hot upon delivery. The restaurant dining room is modernized with non traditional seating choices. Had a very positive experience.

There was a patriotic homeless man drinking beer and playing guitar outside while I waited for my food! Very entertaining! Staff seemed confused and depressed. Lots of lights on in the restaurant, very warm inside. Dirty bathrooms.

This 24 McDonald's saved us after seeing a concert at Darien Lake. Everything else is closed! Plus, the service was great, the employees were nice and the food was awesome! 🙏🏼 They were also very busy and handled it quickly! Will remember this location for next time.

Fast and friendly drive thru. Easy to hit on a lunch hour and quick even when they are busy!! Only once messed up my drink order and along with wrong drink paid full price rather than the $1 any size special price. Not a frequent drive thru patron but this location is the best I have seen for staff and service.

Me and the work crew had a great lunch in a clean & friendly environment. Staff was amazing amd the bathroom was clean as well as the lobby. Just a all around good place to relax & enjoy a meal. We will return whem we are in the area again.

Owner Harry S. is on premises often and takes his business very seriously, at times he even pitches in to help employees with daily tasks. You can't do any better than that
