I was ordering a gift from out of town for a friend in the area and had no idea what to get, the store associate I spoke with had great suggestions and helped me pick out the perfect present that my friend absolutely loved. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had a little hiccup with our order, and it was promptly replaced and delivered. The owner couldn't have been nicer and was extremely helpful. Sending from out of state was a bit of a risk, but this store pulled it off like absolute champions. Highly recommend this company! My husband bought me a beautiful arrangement on Valentine’s Day and also one today for a congratulations. Both arrangements were amazing! Love the way they put everything together so perfectly and the chocolate is very rich! Love this place!

I looked online and picked out some things for my daughter's birthday. I called the local store and spoke with Kelly. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make my first visit a great one. My daughter lives in Charlotte and she contacted the store on Black Dog Lane, they were awesome. I had to call Kelly back and add something to my order. She called Charlotte and fixed it for me. The items my daughter got were awesome and tasted amazing. She did a video chat with me to show me what she got it. It was all PERFECT!!! She said everything was so pretty and taste delicious. Thanks Kelly for help making her birthday surprises AWESOME!!!! Will definitely use you again!!!

Wonderful first experience with Edible Arrangements! I received a holiday arrangement as a gift. The fruit was fresh and crisp, the chocolate dipped pieces were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the delivery person was very friendly and polite! I will definitely be ordering in the future.

I was able to call in my order I spoke with Kelly she was very helpful. The edible arrangement came out great and went directly to the person at the time they said it would get there. I definitely recommend edible arrangements on Erie Blvd. ❤

Their customer service is wonderful. I really screwed up an order that I had delivered recently. I called Edible Arrangements at this location the next day, after said delivery was really screwed up and delivered and the customer service I recieved was amazing. I don't know the name of the man I spoke with, but he really went above and beyond to remake and have the order redelivered for me. I don't know of many places these days that would do this without charging me again. I'm really grateful and the recipient is too. Thanks to whoever you were, guy!

Beyond impressed. I live in Arizona and my daughter is in Syracuse going to school. I placed this order at almost midnight their time, and my baby got her gift on time as they said they would. Today was a special but sad day for me because I couldn’t be with her but they made it extra special for both us! Thank you guys very much

We have purchased the chocolate covered strawberries at this unit several times. We have someone special in assisted living.
These edible gifts go over big with the recipients. Took a bite from one chocolate covered strawberry this past purchase and wanted a few more myself, but politely declined.
The store is easy to see from the road and there is ample parking. The parking lot pavement is slightly rough. But overall this is a must stop for people who have everything or need nothing, but your thoughtfulness.

Lovely staff helped me to send a great arrangement to our son and daughter on the occasion of the birth of our first grandson. I ordered it in Syracuse at 1pm and it arrived in St. Paul by 4pm! Great service...and a yummy alternative to flowers!

Ordered a Valentines box to be delivered ...but the recipient LEFT EARLY!! SO, THESE GUYS RE-DELIVERED THE SAME DAY! They are life savers! Recipient was soooo pleased! The fruit was very fresh!! The costumer service was great a young lady by the name of Jackie was very helpful and very polite. She went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful!!! We need more people like her in costumer service!!!
