I was shoe shopping Wednesday and to start I have anxiety, when I first walked in the store this young lady greater me with a smile and great attitude. Mya was her name I believe. She was incredibly helpful throughout my shopping experience, asking me if I had any other styles in mind, explaining the Black Friday deals to me. She is a great employee!

Clean store, GREAT PRICES!! cool people. Great alt to payless. Worth a shop. Ive gotten about 3 pairs from there now. They hold up and have BRAND NAMES for Affordable prices. Tysm!

Wish the sketchers shoes I purchased would have ACTUALLY been NO SLIP!! As far as the store goes it was clean, great customer service, and at least it was ABSOLUTELY painless to return them... Sketchers no slips should be pulled tho!! They are falsely advertising no slip they are CLEARLY VERY SLIPPERY!!!! Felt like I was ice skating at work HORRIBLE work shoe BUYER BEWARE DON'T PURCHASE SKETCHERS!!!!

Saleswoman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and appeared to enjoy her work. She really went out of her way to help me . The prices were good and I wasn't pressured to buy something expensive

Best selection for the price and quality brand names too. No other Shoe store can compare in this Lockport Town. Glad we have it cause sence the mall left a long time ago, the only place was Walmart or Payless with not much selection or quality.

Lockport doesn't offer much in buying shoes. Like they did decades ago. Just happy that we have the SHOE DEPT & THE SURPLUS STORE

Cheektowaga is a town in Erie County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, the town has grown to a population of 89,877. The town is in the north-central part of the county, and is an inner ring suburb of Buffalo. The town is the second-largest suburb of Buffalo, after the Town of Amherst.
