McDonald's

Today, i decided to come into McDonalds for an early dinner, late lunch. I ordered 2 quarter pounders, a large fry, and a chocolate caramel latte. It was actually good. The customer service was good. I would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

We got our food fast, it was hot, great service and friendly employees!

Typical MC, nothing special, good location (5 mins from the APT), good deals on food.

Food is solid, they just need to really pay attention to orders a bit better. Any time there's an issue, it's fixed by it's almost every time I order, I feel like something was missing or made incorrectly. The amount of waste is senseless when you think about why is wasted. A quick double check would cut down on mistakes in a big way. I'd rather wait 30 seconds longer for the right food the first time than 5 to 10 minutes for a completely remade order (then the first order is tossed in the trash)

Very long wait for food but its surprisingly worth it lol food is always hot fries are always hot no complaints there lol

Prob the best store around. All the other stores seem to close down their ice cream machines around 7pm, saying "machine is down" but prob cleaned them early and don't want to do it again before close. This location serves the airport, and when the kids and I want an after dinner cone, even at 9 or 10pm, they ALWAYS SERVE! Outstanding!

Finally, a McDonald's that gets my togo order right. Also I asked for extras on my burger and it was loaded up! The food did take a while to make but the perfection overlooks it.

We stopped at the drive-thru after picking my wife up at the airport. Fast service, hot food, friendly people! She ordered a Big Mac meal - I had a few fries and a bite of her sandwich (I'd already eaten), and it was delicious!

I am not one to usually get McDonald’s because I want to, but more because it’s quick, cheep, and open late, and today I was tired after work and just wanted to get something to put in my stomach and then go to bed. I decided to get it a little through my long drive home, so this McDonald’s was the closest, and I have never been to this one before. At about 10:30p today, I pull up, give my usual order, and when I pull up to pay, the guy asks for a few more seconds before taking my payment, to which I get a little concerned that something is wrong, but I wait and then pay and pull up. Then, one of the guys at the second window informs me that the food will just be a bit and asks me to pull up to wait, which I do. At this point, I am very concerned there is some sort of problem or that my food will take a long time (but I would wait anyway, as I have no better option), but only a minute later, the food was brought out (and it took me a little bit to notice the worker standing awkwardly outside of my car, and I apologize for this!).

But I am writing my first review ever because these workers served me the best McDonald’s I’ve had in my entire life, and I have had more McDonald’s that I would like to admit. My mind was truly blown: I don’t know what they did to make the texture and taste so drastically different (in a good way) from other places, but I have never had a McDonald’s burger so juicy, McNuggets so crispy, and fries so good; everything tasted like actual REAL food, and that’s something I don’t usually associate with McDonald’s food. I don’t know what these workers did to make the food taste so good and so not-typically-McDonald’s, but they did great, and they were all super kind, too!

Just want to say that y’all are doing an absolute great job, even though I was a little concerned, but I see now I shouldn’t have been. Keep doing great work, you are very much appreciated, especially by people like me who on late nights after work are too tired to make their own food. Receiving a genuinely tasty meal (cheep, too) late at night after being drained from the day: it’s small, but it really matters. You all made my day. Whatever y’all did to make the food genuinely good and appetizing: keep it up. Customer service: really kind faces and good communication skills. Please, keep up the good work. Working a job like this can’t be easy, but this one customer really appreciates the effort and work you put in just for my meal. Thank you, and y’all deserve a raise :))))

Nice restaurant. Opens very early and near all major Hotels. We had our breakfast here before heading to Niagara.

Cleanest, most professional McDonald's I've been at in quite a while, they're doing it all well.

Did mobile pickup and order came quickly and food was hot. Fries were fresh and salty, everything we want when we go to McDonald’s

Quick but pricey

With a family of 4 it is much easier to have my order placed on the app and just give them my online number at the drive thru! Saves them & me several minutes of waiting on 2 indecisive kids 🙄. The staff was quick & friendly this morning! Thanks 😊

Super friendly staff, Leana is one of the nicest/helpful employees I've ever encountered. That says alot since I teach and study customer service. If I had a business I'd try to steal her.

Employees were Great putting order together. Just myself but they were quick and courteous. Nice experience and maybe only 4 employees working but they were keeping up with cars at drive thru. Got to luv the person who invented drive thru!!
