Dublin Corners Farm Brewery

It would be cool to think that home-brewer Justin Grant was out in the field late one afternoon and heard "if it you brew it, they will come" whispered in the wind.

Six years ago he and his wife converted their barn located just outside of Linwood, NY, into a "farm brewery". NY State Law requires that a "Farm Brewery" locally source 60% of its ingredients.

Dublin Corners Farm Brewery grows their own Cascade Hops and gets their malt from a business a few miles away.

Currently they brew about 9 beers and 1 hard cider. Justin is looking to expand the capacity of the brewery over the next few months as well as build onto the barn, adding a patio and providing space for food trucks.

The Red Ale is one of the finest I've ever had. But, the Stout is outstanding! It's a new addition to the line up of beers. It's made with marshmallows and Graham crackers and with a emphasis of chocolate.

Stopped here after getting a wedding cake tasting in Avon. Euchre tournament on Thursday night. Great servers, great chat with one of the brewers, and fun dogs. Beer was great too!

We recently hosted a surprise birthday party here, and it couldn't have gone better! Heather (the owner) was great to work with in planning the party, and the staff working the event could not have been more accommodating. We brought in food, setup decorations, and had an open bar for our guests. The bartender even gave the birthday girl a special mug to drink out of and keep after the event. Would definitely have another event here in the future. Thank you, Heather & Dublin Corners team!

We went Friday night just to check it out. What a great place. We go to the breweries around and this has the best beer so far. We didn't know about the live music and it was a nice surprise. The bartender was also very helpful. Best night out for us in a while.

This is exactly the kind of place we love to discover. They have converted their barn to a brewery and cozy little bar. The owners (who live 100 feet away in the farmhouse) grow some of the hops (used in brewing) right on-site. They were great to chat with and we can't wait to go back and visit the next time we're in the area. And the beer was excellent.

What a nice out of the way place. About 6-7 miles out of Avon, NY, deep in farm country. Good selection of craft brews (they grow their own hops). Very friendly folks all around. Nice live music from a local band. Welcome bit of normalcy after the COVID apocalypse. Worth a special trip. Check their FB page for live music schedule.

Awesome farm brewery. It was our first time there. The Blueberry Crean Ale was excellent. I love they grow their own hops. I highly recommend a visit

Wonderful dog friendly relaxed place to have a great beer. Bartender Stringer is great.

Great little off the beaten path brewery. Great tasting beers. Flights are a bit more $$ than you would expect. But worth it. Has a " sitting in your buddies Barn " kind of feel.

This is a wonderful little farmhouse brewery. What a great idea to put a brewery in a WNY barn. You can get a beer and then go outside and sit by the hop vines. The beer was excellent - highly recommended. We cannot wait to go back.

Spoiler alert! Great beer. They do a good job in a small space that they will be expanding. I thought the owners were great people and the product was unique and delicious.
