McDonald's

As far as a McDonald’s goes, this is a great one. I go through the drive thru often and they’re always quick, efficient, and friendly. I haven’t had any messed up orders.

As far ac McDonald's goes... This one is top notch. Compare this place to any other McD's I've been to? This one; in small town NY, comes out on top. Condiments evenly distributed on my burger? Yes!! Fries full to the top (and cooked correctly) Yes!! Staff polite? Yes and YES. Thanks guys.. All fast food places have gotten worse and worse throughout the last 10 or so years, but at least at this place, it seems someone cares enough to train the workers well and keep morale up.

Service can be hit or miss. For the most part, it is good. They seem to be understaffed a bit, which I don't see as their fault but upper management issue.

Update: their staffing seems to be better, and the drive-through isn't as bas as it was.

Nice facilities, food is ok. Staff just threw the tray on our table and left. Didn't say good evening or enjoy your food, or something!...

Quickest drive thru I've ever been through. Clean inside and out. Associate was polite and well mannered. Burgers were very hot. Something you don't get from other McDonald's Stores.

Dined in with my wife and kids. The staff was super friendly, the food was correctly made to order (and came out fresh and fast), and the dining area was immaculate. Seriously, this has got to be the best experience I have had at a McDonald's ever. Whoever was the manager tonight (monday July 26th at about 7PM) and their team really exceeded all of my expectations. If you look at the rest of my reviews you'll see I'm normally pretty critical, so I don't say this lightly. Good job and thanks for making it a positive experience.

Wow I walked in and the sweet manager said can I help you? I ordered the food and it was given to me fast. Quick service that's awesome!

The young lady that helped us twice now was very friendly and helpful. The food is same as any mcdonalds but the customer service from this young lady(dark hair, freckles...wish i got her name), deserves to be recognized as exemplary.

Best coffee! McDonald's evolution is amazing. I never thought I was going to become a loyal customer. Healthy options, friendly staff, good parking, clean bathroom.

It's a McDonalds, you know what you're getting into. What I do want to say is that every time I am here, the employees behind the counter tend to be screaming at one another - not in a hostile way, but in a "what-the-hell-is-going-on-back-there" way, making every visit here more or less dinner with a show. I have no idea if I've just been lucky in the times I've gone here, or if this is just how these employees live - at least they all seem to be nice when you interact with them. One of them even sifted through what must have been a box of two-hundred toys during McDonalds' Happy Meal toy anniversary deal where they were reissuing old happy meal toys just so I could get the furby one, which I thought was pretty cool of them.

The young lady (the redhead) at the drive through was so pleasant when taking my order. No issues and quick service despite being very busy.

Put in a mobile order and went into the parking space in my car to wait for the order. Meanwhile, it started raining but the young lady who brought my order out to the car was cheerful and thankful anyways!

While shopping in Geneseo, stopped at this McDonald's for a grilled chicken salad, followed by ice cream cone. Food was good, but young lady that was assumed to be Mgr could use some training. Didn't appreciate hearing her yell at employees while in the dining room area. She should have talked to those associates privately.
