We've been going here for 14+ years. Never any issues with billing or up charges. Reasonable wait times also.staff is always good. Sometimes dentist late but just in am. We just go for cleanings.

First, let me tell you; I am an anti-dentite, the wimpiest of wimps when it comes to dental procedures.
I like Dr. Aziz because he is a Journeyman Dentist. He does the job quickly and efficiently. And he does a good job as well.
If, for example, you wanted a deck built behind your house, you would want a carpenter/contractor just like Dr. Aziz. He and his crew would get the deck built in two days. It would be sturdy and attractive, your yard would be clean, and you would be enjoying a BBQ on your new deck on day 3.
Dr. Aziz does have an accent and doesn't chat, but if you listen to his advice and ask appropriate questions, he will give you clear and necessary information.
My wife and I have both had nothing but good dental care from Dr. Aziz and his staff.

Always Great, The hygienist is always so professional and they are always ready for me at my appointment time.

Woke up last night with teeth pain, and was able to walk in and get looked at today. Office is clean, staff is friendly, and the doctor was great!

I was nervous about going here after seeing the reviews but they were all wonderful. Very good team that works there.

I was having problems getting an appointment to file a broken tooth at my (unfortunately) regular industrial dentist's office - 3 weeks before they would even look at it. I wasn't in pain but it was very sharp. Dr Aziz's office got me in the next day. Staff was very friendly. Doc popped in for a second to see if I needed a root canal, then left. I was able to get an appointment for next week to get the crown started. Prices are very reasonable. Will update when I have more interaction with the Doc.

So I’m only giving 2 stars because my hygienist was great. But the office is dull and not welcoming. The receptionist is unprofessional and rude! The Dr was so rough, didn’t talk to me, I didn’t even know I was done with my appt because he just walked out of the room and left me laying there! I got one cavity filled and my jaw is so sore even after 2 weeks, and I can’t floss between where he did the filling. Would not recommend at all

Very Unprofessional at this dentist office. Receptionist takes her time doing everything and uses her phone right in front of you while she should be working. I hate that I even have to come here. It’s so hard to find a good dentist office these days.

One of the most unprofessional offices I have ever been to. The dentist is rude, speaks freely about other patients and makes comments related to your care. Would never ever go back. Unprofessional to the T.

Called as a new patient and they got me in the next day. I had to bring my very well behaved 3 year old with me and the receptionist greeted us and then had me fill out paperwork. After waiting for twenty minutes the receptionist asked my child, not me if she would feel comfortable sitting in the waiting room alone. I said no that I didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone and she responded with "well we aren't babysitters but we will check on her once in a while" I asked why she could not be in the room with me and she said there wasn't enough room. So then we walked down the hall to the room that had MORE than enough room for my small 3 year old to sit in and I said she could just sit in the corner she then proceeded to tell me the hygienist would be sliding back and forth on her chair and doesn't want to hurt her so I'd have to reschedule if I didn't want to leave my THREE YEAR old girl in a waiting room next to a door opened to the public with no eyes on her. Yeah, no thanks.

If you are considering this dentist please consider another and read the reviews as I wish more than anything I did I just went through a very long processes of getting a crown put on its November this process started in august I ended up needing a root canal in between I was never imformed of the work that was being done and that it was a major procedure and I was screamed at by the dentist sat in my chair and cried while he did horrible work and then had to go back unfortunately to let him finish the job which was completed today and I am so incredibly unsatisfied with the work he lied to my face today telling me it’s ok if my bottom tooth knocks into the crown and to avoid another confrontation I just went with it and called other dentist please save your sell the heartache his work was the biggest regret in my life

Never in my adult life had I been talked and treated as I was today in this very unprofessional dental office. The front desk girl is extremely rude! Rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth all because I had new insurance. I called her out on her attitude and asked to speak with the office manager who was coincidentally sitting right beside her and heard the entire interaction. Her response was that the girl was going above and beyond for me to verify my insurance! Like what? After she dialed a fake number or put in my incorrect info, she claimed I did not have active coverage, which was a complete lie! I pulled it up on my phone and they refused to accept and not only that, they refused to see me since I was now “past my appointment time”! I was very upset leaving this office as I drove all the way from work (I am an RN) and took time off without pay for this routine dental cleaning! Needless to say, after leaving I had my insurance fax confirmation of coverage which I had retrieved on my ride back to work. They clearly did not do their jobs! The “office manager” and receptionist are both very unprofessional and rude! They are probably mother and daughter and neither one of the finished the 8th grade! (My opinion) I would NEVER be seen in this office again! What a joke…DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

If your looking to get dental work pay for it and then have to get all of the work done all over again at a good dental office this is the dental office for you..The Dentist is rude and the front desk people are unprofessional and don’t have a clue what they are doing…Just go to a good dental office because this one is not!!!! Messed up a lot of dental work and I had to get a new dentist to get it fixed…

I was a patient here for 6 years. When I was 8 months pregnant I had to cancel an appt. I gave notice but months later they charged me a $50 no show fee. I didn’t want to argue so I paid the fee. Moving forward during early Covid days, I canceled my rescheduled appt bc I had a newborn at home and wasn’t going out and about for a non urgent appt. I canceled many days before. About a year later I had to cancel again unfortunately due to Covid quarantine which is ridiculous but I was following the rules. I recently tried to schedule for overdue cleaning and they told me I cannot make an appt I just have to call and see if they can take me due to cancellations. I’ve never had this issue anywhere in my life. I don’t usually reschedule and I’m on time for appts. The first appt they held against me was an error on their part and the other two out of my control due to Covid. I had been patient with their not very nice office, unprofessional employees and they never ran on time. Appts work both ways.

Don't go to this office. This dentist will ruin your teeth. Initially, I too was happy with him. The office is a little on the unclean side, but it seemed like a reputable place. However, they are drill 'n' fill butchers.

The final straw came when he absolutely screwed up a crown. It got infected and they insisted nothing was wrong. Eventually, after I told them to rip it out of my mouth, they said they MIGHT see a shadow and prescribed me antibiotics. It worked, but it was the worst few days of my life. It was excruciating. The crown still isn't correct.

After going to Liverpool Dentistry, I discovered what a REAL dentist is like. He fixed a bunch of fillings. There were overhangs galore and the previous dentist's fillings kept falling out--this dentist had to fix all of those, too.

Find a better dentist. Don't settle for this place. You might not regret it at first, but when you discover just how terrible a job they're doing on your teeth--you'll wish you'd have switched dentists much sooner.

I've been going to this dentist for over 2 years. Initially I was happy with the service. Staff is great. The doctor doesn't say much. He made several rude comments one day,
which I took offense to. I spoke to the Dental Hygienist about it and the next time I saw him, he never addressed the issue. Furthermore, he doesn't explain what's going on, ask you about your oral hygiene or talk to you regarding oral care and what you can do better. He's been working on one tooth for months and it's still not fixed. When another problem arises, he doesn't fix it. He'll pull the tooth then leave it. Meanwhile, I'm being charged for several visits for one tooth. I'm still trying get a tooth fixed that initially brought me in to begin with. He's just now working on it. He started 4 visits ago ( which was in October.) The tooth still isn't fixed. I've never had so many issues with oral care. A part of this is finding the RIGHT dentist who cares about you and works with you not blame you.
In addition, they take entirely too many xrays. Two-three Xrays at a time. Xrays are not good to begin with. Lastly, Hand hygiene. Shouldn't donning your gloves be the last thing you do prior to putting your hands in a patients mouth? I've witnessed him set up with gloved hands, leave the room for whatever reason, and/ or grab for his glasses and place then on his face then go into your mouth. Or grab the Xrays from the wall to have another look, then go back into your mouth.
I'm VERY disgusted and dissatisfied with service here. I would NOT recommend him. My insurance would be appaulled as I am. I'll pay someone else out of pocket before I come back here again. Where's Dr Constantine when you need him.. 😱 (In my fillings).

I would never send anyone to this dentist, so rude and unprofessional. Doors should be closed!!! If there was an option of choosing no stars I would have.

Just awful. The dentist is incredibly rude and doesn't even know how to do fillings. I left that office in the most pain I have ever felt.
