Excellent company! I have been hired by Elm Grove company to work various commercial jobs assisting is design and tile installation. The staff are great to work with and I enjoy every project Dave and the team bring me on for.

Best apartment I’ve rented with so far even with me having trouble there they’ve never given me a hard time was very reasonable never over charged me were always nice when I came in only issue I had was getting my chair thrown out because it was too large for outside overall 9/10 company would recommend renting

Great value for apartments. Reasonable landlords, affordable rent. Amoskeag apartments specifically are in a great area, mostly quiet. Dog Park is nice. The renovated units are great! Maintenence works very quickly, and it's easy to submit requests through their online portal.

This summer I moved into my second Elm Grove-managed apartment. I had outgrown my previous apartment, and I purposefully chose another place managed by Elm Grove Companies because I was so pleased with the management at my previous home. I am a teacher, so I don't make a lot of money. I need affordable housing, and my price range could potentially land me in a place that is, for lack of a better word, dumpy. The Elm Grove properties where I have rented have been maintained meticulously. From the grounds keeping to the exterior paint, they are places I have been proud to live. Also, on the few occasions when I have had to place a maintenance request for service, the response time has been rapid and the repairs efficient. The maintenance men are courteous, respectful, and professional, but also friendly. Whether it's rehanging a closet door that sticks shut or fixing a leak under the kitchen sink, they are capable and resourceful. I would recommend Elm Grove Properties to anyone looking to rent in the greater Manchester area.

We have been with Elm Grove now for a couple of months. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the best company I have had the pleasure on renting from. I know that might sound like lip service, its not. Everyone here is a professional, from the office staff to the maintenance personnel.

I remember the first couple of days that we moved in, a breaker tripped so we called maintenance after hours number and no joke, they had it reset inside of 20 minutes.

If your looking for affordable, well designed and maintained rentals, this is the place to go.

Elm Grove manages several multifamily properties for me. Over the past year we have surveyed each of our residents (100+) and have found satisfaction with Elm Grove Property Management to be extremely high. They respond to maintenance requests quickly and call back for followup. They treat residents fairly and with respect.

Please do not read too much into negative reviews which have come from a small number of highly vocal customers, who in most cases have not lived up to the terms of their rental agreement.

I've been renting through Elm Grove since July 2017. Monica was amazing in making sure we found a unit that was the right fit and Emily was quick and courteous with getting us to sign the lease and get the keys. We have had some maintenance issues come up and there is always a fast response from the maintenance crew! I would highly recommend Elm Grove. I've dealt with renting companies before and always felt like they did not care, but Elm Grove does.. Thanks for helping me find a place I love calling home 😀

The leasing staff here are amazing. They took time to answer emails and text while looking at properties during the day and even as late as 9pm. Monica was extremely knowledgeable about all of the many properties they manage. Emily was outstanding and very accommodating and was extremely responsive. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and communication from the management crew is very effective. I am always in the know.

Previously experience with Elm Grove Management would have earned only a one star rating. Recently Monica has come on board at Elm Grove she alone earns a 5 star rating for her attentiveness, responsiveness and she is quick to take action. She has handled all of my recent service issues with grace and professionalism. I am very grateful for her service as it was much needed at our property. Great kept apartments, modern and the studios are not as small as you think! I've been here for a year now and renewing my lease. No issues, great management company and always responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. Monica and Ja'Tara have been amazing in making sure everything is done correctly even from the very first step of showing the apartments. Easily the best apartment I've been in and the best management company to work with.

Desiree made a weekend appt to show me my apt. and Emily has been my point of contact for the most part since then.

I love my apt at TheFLATS. Like anything new, there are always things that come up. My issues overall were minor and once brought up were promptly addressed.

Monica made this experience with elm groves , the gresely residences amazing. She was so lively kind and patience when we first toured the apartment. But when we first toured our apartment was under construction so she showed us a one bedroom to get an idea and then she sent pictures of a three bedroom. She was very understanding and flexible when we toured two other times! When it came to the lease she was quick and to the point. Monica was very easy to get in contact with and very helpful! I moved to the Merrimack Property in November and I must say I absolutely love it. It was a pleasure working with Monica, whom was delightful and pleasant and very knowledgeable about the property. Her enthusiasm had me sold. Desirae in the office made the lease signing very smoothly and was super helpful as well. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a apartment to go check out Elm Grove.

The place is amazing. 6 North Apartments are very classy as hell. The security features makes me feel very safe, compared to the last place I used to live. The manager go out of her way to make sure all residents are taken care of. The place is kept very clean. The residents are very nice and respectful. And the Interior of the apartments are very tasteful. Glad I found this place to live.

We have lived here for 6 years, the neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe. Bus stop is right at the end of the driveway, assigned parking spots ,there's plus a playground for the kids to run off their energy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly as well which is great especially if you rely on your dishwasher the way I do 😂

I have had a great experience with Elm Grove, my property manager Diana Griffin has always been very helpful, I always felt comfortable going to her with any issues or concerns, she always responded quickly and had the issues taken care of right away. It has been a pleasure having her as a property manager!

I have had many different dealings with all aspects of the Elm Grove Companies over the past 3+ years. They have very high standards, are great communicators and always fair. From my personal experience, many if not all, of the negative reviews on this company come from people that have created their own issues and Elm Grove was the innocent bystander.
