Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The desk staff was very friendly. We did a two night stay for a softball tournament. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Plenty of places to eat and shop close to the hotel.

Hotel is just off the highway. Could not hear highway noise in our 3rd floor room. Desk staff was helpful and friendly who provided a very helpful restaurant list with directions. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was the normal, expected continental breakfast. Loving this stay that was all positives.

I travel every week for work. I knew coming in this hotel was older and had not been updated recently so this review is relative to expectations given that knowledge. First, the room was exceptionally clean and smelled nice, which isn't very common in older hotels. The staff were extremely courteous throughout the 3 nights. Breakfast was as it should be each day. Nothing spectacular, but "good enough done right". However, my travel out day - leaving at 4:30 am to head to the airport to go back home - could have shifted the net-positive I had experienced to a more neutral experience. Either a miscommunication or misunderstanding on my part led to no shuttle being available or ready to take me to the airport. As soon as it was realized there may have been a miscommunication (and very possibly a misunderstanding on my end), and with not even a moment's hesitation, the gentleman at the front desk (assuming owner or manager) instantly went to work to ensure I was shortly on the way to the airport. No arguing - no trying to prove this was not their fault - none of that. And no delay in his urgency to recognize I needed to go and then instantly begin taking steps way above and beyond so that I made it to the airport in time.

I had spent no time throughout the weekend building a relationship with the staff that made them want to take care of me. I have no status with IGH and, in fact, the person I worked this trip for didn't even book with the hotel directly. None of that mattered to him when it came time to find a way to get me to the airport on time.

Some things are in our control. Some are not. Handling this the way he did, which certainly was an inconvenience, was very much appreciated.

I got to say the bed was not the normal holiday inn bed (normally there the best) it wasn’t bad though. But the service was exceptional, when I checked in not only did he upgrade us but he gave us bottles of water. Probably the best service at a holiday inn. Overall the rooms were clean and I have no complaints I would stay again.

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great. Within walking distance to many stores, restaurants and casino. Overall a great place to stay!

This super clean hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and helped us get on our way, the bed was fine and shower worked well.

Was here to celebrate an anniversary and the guest service associate at this location was very accommodating, very pleasant, and put together a deal of a lifetime to make my experience great her name was Hoor. I definitely recommend asking for her if u ever stay at this location she will go above and beyond to make your stay great

Stayed here a while back with my family Harry and Annie were absolutely lovely. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms were lovely for the price would very highly recommend!!!

I had an emergency at my home and had to check in to the hotel last minute. Hoor (the front desk staff) was so nice and helpful. It was really easy and stress free checking in and she explained everything I needed to know. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast! Would definitely recommend!

Had a nice stay at this location the room was fantastic and the lady at the front desks Ms Hoor was very friendly and helpful.A very nice and pleasant young lady. Will most definitely stay here again when in the Manchester New Hampshire area.

We booked a double queen room for 1 night. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities (free wifi, mini sink, mini fridge, microwave, keurig, TV with decent channels, and complementary toiletries). The shower/tub is slippery so be careful. You will need to pack your own hair dryer (at least I couldn't find ours and I didn't try that hard to look). The climate controls worked well (this is a biggy for us with our kids). It was quiet - we couldnt hear anything from the halls or other rooms (maybe there weren’t anyone around us - which is great for our fussy tired loud kids). The people were great and very kind and helpful. The complementary breakfast was delicious and had a fairly large selection. The kitchen/breakfast area was very clean.
The ONLY negative thing I have to say are the beds are not comfy. They are spring beds with a toppers. Maybe we are too boujee and our backs need the memory foam bed. So we are feeling stiff and sore. Their pricing was great considered this is new years weekend, location, and my opinions above.
There is so much nearby like a fairly large mall - Dave and Busters and Chuck E Cheese, so kid friendly location.

They looked to be pet friendly too because we saw a guest bringing in their pup. I like this because we almost brought our pups with us.

Convenient location and GREAT services. I’ve stayed at different HIE before but this property stands out. Front desk Harry & Annie were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, they followed up my request and delivered services quickly. Although this property is a little bit old, as a guest, you can see their efforts in upgrading hardware such as AC. Would recommend anyone who looking for accommodation in the area!

Had to stay here for 1 night and ending up to be 2 nights, thru my company. Room was larger than I was expecting and the staff was very friendly. Upon my initial check out, I brought up a slight concern, yet, when I checked back I was given the same room and concern was resolved. The breakfast was good both mornings.

Harry is the most accommodating front desk person I have ever met in the hotel industry so far always says hello memorizes Us by name always tends to any questions comments or concerns that I had before during and even after my stay. Harry was even nice enough that even upon my request due to a local restaurant to deliver to my room they dropped it off at the desk and forgot it there and Harry brought it up to our door customer service goes above and beyond what is expected did you say the trip was business business or vacation

Hotel staff is amazing hotels are clean and everyone is friendly harry and Annie at the front desk are very welcoming and warm. Highly recommend holiday inn Express in Manchester!!

This hotel was very convenient since we had an early flight at MHT the next morning. We also enjoyed being close to all the restaurants on Elm St. in Manchester. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety including omelettes. It was clean and well stocked. Maria did a great job with it!

The best hotel I have ever stayed.The rooms were very clean and the front desk name HOOR she was really fantastic.she took care of me like a family and was very kind to me . She gave me the best rates though the prices was very high . Thank you HOOR

Harry has been wonderful n helpful for my stays . I travel on business with extended stays . Harry is always kind and approachable he greets me by name asks how my travel was then asks if I need anything to make my stay comfortable. Anytime I need extra coffee or utensils he promptly attends to my requests .
I definitely recommend staying here at the Holiday Inn Express.

Had a one night stay last month in July for vacation. Rooms where fine. The breakfast and kitchen staff were great. Pool was unfortunately closed for repair but Ismail the manager was very accommodating and caring, which made our visit very pleasant. Annie the front clerk was also very kind. Definitely would book again!

Maria was great at keeping everything stocked with the complimentary breakfast and did it with an amazing attitude throughout! The hotel it perfectly located off a busy road so you are close to all kinds of stores and restaurants but secluded enough that you don’t notice the commotion of the city. Great staff all around and the cleaning ladies were superb with fulfilling our needs and answering the ridiculous questions posed by my children. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!!
