Fairfield Inn by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

One room has blood all over the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned. The bed was dirty as well. Asked for a new room. That room was worse. Bed bugs galore. Asked for another room and finally 3 xs the charm got a decent room. Also they charge you extra for being local. 350 room hold for a 75 dollar room. Pretty sure that's discrimination against locals. They didn't comp us for anything. The staff and hotel are trash.

We were close to the airport and the Mcintyre ski area. The room was clean and so were the linens. The guest services were helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

From the reception attendant to housekeeping, great service. The best for me was the breakfast attendant was excellent, I will definitely keep coming back to this hotel.

I'll admit that I have never actually stayed in this hotel. I have no clue how it looks, how comfortable the beds are, how good the food is, or how friendly the staff is. My review may be flagged because of that. However, I was motivated to leave a 5 star review solely based on the company's responses to other people's reviews/comments. Every single response I have read on over a dozen reviews so far has been extremely polite, respectful, and understanding. Even the responses to people leaving a rating of 3 stars or less. Whoever manages the online accounts has clearly made a true effort to read each consumers concerns, complaints and complements. Each response directly addresses every concern the customer mentions and offers adequate advice on how to solve any/all future problems. I've never seen a company respond so positively or helpfully. It's been very refreshing and I'm highly considering booking this location for my birthday weekend in May simply due to the responses that reflect fantastic customer service!!

I stay at this location frequently, and have always been impressed with the staff, and level of service.
The manager Fiona, is always accommodating, and friendly when I'm either booking by phone, or arriving.
The rooms are always clean, well kept, working A/C, cold fridge, and of course phone charging ports that work! (if you know you know).
Recently, I made a booking mistake for the wrong date, and showed up for my room a day later than my reservation.
The manager was able to find a couple of rooms at the last second to help us out. I was expecting to be put in a broom closet with a bed at that point! The rooms we got were great though, and on point with everything we expect from a Marriott property.

The rooms are clean good night's sleep everyone at the front desk has been great. The only complaint I have is when they serve breakfast till 9 am and I go down between 815 and 830 and try to drink a hot decaf coffee and it's cold I have stayed there about 15 times and counting and the lady taking care of breakfast say oh that's because we don't go thru a lot of decaf still that should be no reason for me to have to suffer for cold coffee that's your job to make sure everything is hot and ready not just oh well.

Beautiful hotel! Nice, clean, and secure! Close to many things! The staff is very friendly and accomodating! The TV allows access to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and Crackle so was able to watch stuff other than the news. 10/10!!! Oksana was so sweet!!

Once again I chose a hotel undergoing renovations but it didn't interfere with the quality of our stay at all. Our completely renovated room was spacious and decorated nicely. The mattresses were very comfortable and had good linens so we slept well. It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor pool but it looked crystal clear. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends

My daughter and I had traveled all day and we were tired and starving. We checked in quickly and asked the young man who would deliver pizza, his recommendation was great. The room was clean and roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Hotel.. The staff was awesome ! We arrived in the middle of one of the worst rainstorms ! Check in was fast and Friendly.. Affordable and They even offered to order in food for us if we had not eaten. We were put into one of their newly renovated rooms that was absolutely Beautiful ! Really Enjoyed the Breakfast. dining room attendant was friendly and if you went away hungry, it was your own fault.. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Check out is Noon and we just stayed and enjoyed our room till we had to leave. We then went shopping at the Huge NH Mall just across the road. They also have an Airport shuttle.

Friendly staff ,clean room. Were very accommodating. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the front until check in time because it was way early but was able to be checked in. Breakfast was great also.

Great stay. Room was clean and smelled as such. All the staff I came in contact with were nice. Beds are comfy. Getting some Marriott benefits is definitely a plus.

I have been staying at this property for many years when traveling using their Park and Fly rates. It is terrific. The people are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I got there with my brother and father who came from Congo on vacation while myself flew all the way from Arkansas. The people there are wonderful, really made us feel home while the breakfast is definitely above your average free breakfast. I would recommend anybody having business in Manchester to stay at this place. Note there was construction on the first floor , but you cannot even feel it for they are either very quiet, or active at a time when the clients wouldn't be annoyed by it. The room are nice and clean, with clean bathroom and shower. They were so nice that they even let us check out as late as 1:30 PMbafter our 10 days stay!!

Very friendly! Super clean. Even the decorating is different from other hotels and has clean lines. Lots of gf/df options for breakfast, great spread! Very happy with my stay!

Outstanding Hotel
My children & I flew into Manchester Airport at midnight on a Friday night so check-in was almost 1:00am, but was still greeted enthusiastically in the parking lot but staff, helping us with our bags in the snowy weather. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering to let us check out late the next day & offering tea, coffee, Cocoa, fruit & cookies. The rooms were beautifully remodelled, beds very comfy & super clean. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast buffet. We needed to spend a few nights at another hotel, but cancelled one of our nights to return to the Fairfield Inn for 3 more nights. When our flight was cancelled we returned back to the Fairfield Inn with a warm welcome. We also loved the breakfast hostess Tina who was so kind & helpful to us! We will always return to this hotel when visiting family in the Beford/Manchester, NH area! Thank you!!

Price was great. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was just the right amount and fresh.

Despite having prior issues at this location the GM was very understanding and we got a complimentary night. So thank you! Overall it's great hotel, very clean, located by many stores and restaurants and the highway which is very convenient.
