Target

Had to return an item that was part of a pickup order. It was the wrong version of the product. The customer service person was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had to call another gentleman to the desk to help with my question and both went above and beyond. This was a great customer service experience. Well done Target!

I had Bonnie as my cashier at the checkout. Experience was amazing and refreshing, reminded me why we still have humans do work instead of just having robots (self checkout) do it all. Bonnie was very friendly and kind while also efficiently helping me checkout and use my coupon! Again, amazing experience and thankful for kinda people like Bonnie!

Stoking is continuous. The store is clean and efficient. The deli is incredible with a great selection with the Boars Head brand . All employees are helpful and friendly.

Target is so much better than Walmart. Prices & quality are awesome & bathrooms are clean. Isles are never filled with stock items or carts. And the employees actually smile & great u😊

Better than any any Target I used to go in NY 😅 love the variety of fruits and veggies they offer here compared to the ones I was used to going. I do all my grocery shopping here. Have never ran into a TM that wasn’t nice. Even when a guest was being rude, they kept their cool and were being patient and nice to them. Feels like home 🥹 I love it

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Maple Grove Target, and I must say, it was an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish! Every aspect of my visit left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied.

Firstly, the store's layout was well-organized and easy to navigate. The aisles were clean and tidy, making it a breeze to find exactly what I was looking for. The signage was clear and helpful, ensuring I didn't waste time searching for items.

Moreover, the staff at Target were phenomenal. They were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, they were readily available and eager to help. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to assist truly stood out.

Additionally, I was impressed by the wide range of products available at Target. From groceries to, clothing, and household items, they had everything I needed under one roof. One thing I will comment on is the product I was looking for. They was a shortage of Good-fellow Black T shirts in size large and no White T-Shirts size large as well.

Another highlight of my visit was the checkout process. The cashiers were efficient, and the lines moved swiftly.

In conclusion, my experience at Target was nothing short of fantastic. The store's organization, helpful staff, extensive product selection, efficient checkout process, and clean environment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Target to anyone seeking a top-notch shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!

The Target in Maple Grove, MN is clean and well staffed with the most knowledgeable & courteous customer service people anywhere!

My store is a clean organized store with the friendliest group of people you ever will meet. All employees are always respectful and just so darn nice, that it’s a pleasure to be there shopping.

I love Target. I was disappointed that a store associate told me to purchase a product that I wasn't sure would support my device. He said that I could return it but when I tried to return it, I was told that I could not. There is a policy against returning prepaid phone cards as they are considered gift cards. I was frustrated because I thought the employee should have known that before convincing me to buy it and I thought I was going to be stuck with it. However, after posting my review, I immediately was contacted by a senior store associate who apologized for the inconvenience, assured me that all departments would be reminded of the policy with prepaid cards and she encouraged me to come back to the store and exchange it for a Target gift card. We all learned something from the situation and I'm not stuck with a product that I can't use. I really appreciated the prompt customer service and no hassle problem resolution.

Great Target. They keep it very clean since it’s Maple Grove. So many beautiful moms come through the store as well. Makes me want to eat healthy and exercise more. It’s inspiring, really. Very friendly staff

First off I just wanted to state my interaction with the cashier (didn't pay attention to name, sorry) was the best I've had in a long time. It was refreshing to have not only a nice cashier but one that went the extra mile by building rapport. Bonus points for wearing a mask. I was having some payment method issues which was stressing me out & making me anxious/feel embarrassed. They reassured me a couple times it was ok and not to worry. I rarely do surveys of any kind but I had to do this one as soon as I got out to my car. It's the little things in life that count! (This was copied & pasted from a Target website review).

Secondly, the store was very clean, well stocked, and organized. The bathrooms were also clean. The parking lot also looked to be well taken care of.

Right after I walked by an associate stocking shelves, they had sneezed. Crazy right? Just kidding, anyway, I wanted to note that it was nice to see them cover it properly. Unfortunately a lot of people will cough/sneeze in their hands or in the air whether or not people are nearby. So thank you random employee for the proper sneezing etiquette lol.

Bonus points for Target for the EV charging stations and plenty of them!

This Target is usually my favorite since it’s close to home and kept really nice. Tonight however my son was very tired and chatty in the check out line. Whoever the wonderful person was working lane 7 at 5:30pm tonight was beyond kind and made my sons night very very special. It was so nice to see someone genuinely so happy and kind. It didn’t go unappreciated as a mom just struggling to get her kid out of the store happy. Thank you!!

Staff is great here! Picked up an online order woth my daughter that included an xmas gift for her and i whispered to the clerk i needed to make sure the bag wasnt see thru. He immediately ran off to get me a massive red plastic bag to disguise the order. Thanks target and your amazing employees!!!
