Val-Du-Lakes Bar & Grill

Had aspargus bites and garlic cheese curds for starters. Fish tacos and steaks for sinner. Good food. Service was ok but the place was very nice.

We came here for dinner two nights in a row while camping at silver lakes. We had some drinks, as well as burgers and the chicken tenders, which were all delicious! The owner and bartenders were all extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way to get us souvenir stickers we had been looking all over town for since most shops were closed for end of season. We’re looking forward to stopping by again next summer!

This little gem has become our favorite near Silver Lake ! We slid in here on the evening of our 33rd wedding anniversary, and we’re taken care of by Mary one of the owners. We’ve had a lot on our plate this past year, so celebrating on a trip, wasn’t in the cards. We ordered steaks, had some beers, and was just an all around awesome experience in June when we popped in. Mary is definitely a queen at making her patrons feel special and loved. We popped in the other night for the Lions game, and once again she was at the bar and bright a smile. Wish I could think of our server, because she was just as awesome ! Her and Mary closed down Thursday night (9-28)

Stopped in by chance, drinks, and appetizers. We sat outside wonderful area out back. Great friendly service. It's worth a trip of you are close.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and came out right away. And the salad was huge! Highly recommend.

Food was great a little pricey but you get large portions. The drinks are fantastic. Owners are really nice all the staff is great. The hard apple cider drink was amazing especially on a cold day.

Nice facility. Went to hippie fest 2017 and had a blast. Would be nice if the facility would of allowed pets at the event as it was my understanding they were the ones who didn't allow.

Should put your rude staff in their place. The kitchen did well, but rude hosts, rude waitresses. This is getting old. Be nice, and i will tip nice 👌 ig people have forgotten the golden rule.

Stopped in for beers. Didn't eat but from what I could see they have good food. They have a fried asparagus bite that looked good. For me though I've been coming here for years and though I haven't been back for years, it's still a good bar 🍻 cheers!

Best food ever. I am so sad I only just went to this place and now they are getting ready to close for the winter. I can't wait until next summer because I will be there opening day. They have Keno and pull tabs for those who like gambling as much as I do. The stage looked nice and big for when they have live music. The shot and drink specials all sound amazing.

Try the wet burrito , you will thank me.

Got married by little sable point Lighthouse in 2022...danced our wedding song in this place... come back this yr to do it all over again !! Great place and it now is part of our beginning 😇

Zoe recommended the burrito and it was amazing! Also enjoyed the nachos as an appetizer, and Long Island teas. A great way to start our guys weekend!! Very cool atmosphere as well with subtle lighting and music.

Great place super good food and good drinks all at reasonable prices with a mixed but pretty laid back crowd, and they had karaoke, some good.... and some not but fun.

I was eating up at the bar and the waitress lifted up her shirt and put on some deodorant right in front of me while I was eating. I was not very happy.

Visited Val Du this past weekend to see a friends band play at the onsite bar & grill venue. From the moment I walked in the door through our departure Sunday the staff was amazing. The campground spot provided for us was perfect, immaculately cleaned, leaving us wanting for nothing. It was quite possibly the best camping experience in recent memory. I would rate higher than 5/5 stars if I could. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun camping experience!! Thanks to staff & management for making this so awesome!! Hope to be back soon and often!!

Fantastic...we ordered a variety of items. All were a home run. Shrimp, burgers, appetizers, chicken, mixed drinks. The family run business was clean, friendly, and inviting. I'm surprised that after 50+ years traveling up north that we finally found this gem. Definitely returning next year for family vacation.

Great food and a very cool bar. Very nice outdoor deck for bands or playing bags or just relaxing. Located right next to their campgrounds. So no need to run into town for food. And is one of the better places to eat in the area.

Great little bar, good drinks, fun staff. Ate dinner on Saturday night with our group of 11 and no complaints. Prime rib, burgers, fish & chips, smokey nachos, fried mushrooms were all DELICIOUS. Will be back! 👍
