Usually I never ask a barista to remake a drink even if it’s wrong but I was having a bad day. I asked for extra white chocolate at the drive through and they made me park upfront. I think her name was Arianna ? A very sweet lady who said she remade the drink with love and that she did. Thank you Arianna for spreading the love :)

The nicest looking tropical smoothie cafe that I've seen. Love the bar style layout and the service was amazing.

Delicious smoothies very friendly staff!
The prices are reasonable and the cup is huge! There's only one size it seems, but even still. It filled me up like a whole meal would.

I love this tropical smoothie location. When I tell you the service is top tier and the people are so sweet! I used to go to the Southfield location, but never again. Dealing with this woman named Eboni (supposedly the general manager) tried to charge me for a tiny cup of ice. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THAT AT ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THE SOUTHFIELD LOCATION. She was rude as ever, I would never go back. But this tropical smoothie location redeems the other location. Thanks bloomfield! Stay away from Southfield!

My smoothie was very good it was my first time trying this flavor I really enjoyed it.

Drive thru was pretty quick, and service was good. Excellent food. Great smoothie. Kale Apple Slaw is amaaaaziing.

Amazing store that is very considerate of the customer!!! I realized an employee made my smoothie with sugar on accident when I asked for no added sugar. Were only human, no big deal, but I let them know they made it wrong and asked for a remake and the young man working the microphone refused and told me I was wrong. I come 4-5 days a week and was disappointed because T.S.C. has always been great with customer service. Went in today to talk to a manager during my lunch break. They were very busy but the manager as quickly as she could came over to talk to me, heard me out, was disappointed with her staff member and let me know she would have a talk with the individual after the lunch rush and that T.S.C. would never approve of that behavior. She personally made another smoothie for me, and gave me 2 coupons for a free smoothie. If you have a bad experience I promise it is way outside of the normal and even if you have a bad experience, raise your concern and they will make sure your voice is heard. That manager deserves a raise and then some, was polite and professional and very considerate. Final update, employee was at windows a few days later, apologized and had a nice short conversation with him. My respect goes out to that young man for owning his mistake, not easy.

Great tasting smoothies. The smoothies have a generous size for the price compared to other other places resulting in a great value. I'm not a fan of their food offerings... The foods not bad by any means I just do not particularly like it. I also like their app and the pay tie in option with my card and my rewards barcode. Use it Everytime and I never miss out on my rewards as it the reward is automatically applied when you pay.

Ordered the Hummus veggie wrap...SPOT ON! light not heavy and super delicious!

Also ordered your Ultimate club. Again Amazing got kale and slaw on the side with that and with my hummus veggie wrap the sea salt and vinegar chips. Great pairings.

You have a choice of several side options that are nice and healthy! Thank you for the great food...and the extra cookie thrown in! Too sweet!

First: When you walk in all 4 ladies have the biggest smiles on their faces!!! Just friendly!! Can only remember Alyssa and Jazmine by name, but they were all awesome! I had the bahama mama, DELICIOUS!!!! My kids had something else, they loved it as well. Excellent customer service and great knowledge on the product!! We'll be back!!

I have to stop going here or I'll never meet my goals. Not weight loss but saving funds. It's not expensive, it's addictive. It's a habit for so many locals that they know the staff by name.

I order a smoothie online at least one or twice a week. It’s always ready on time and fresh. Prepared very consistently and exactly as ordered. Staff is always very friendly.

This place is great! So many good options. Sometimes the service can be a little slow, but I just order ahead in the app and my food is ready when I get there. But overall a great healthier fast food option.
