Best Buy

Looking for a new tv within budget. Sean, Austin, lady manager (don't remember her name) and the guys upfront were amazing and extremely helpful. We had originally ordered one online, they helped return and found us something way better that we were looking for. Ty everyone!

I am grateful to have Best Buy near me. In an era where a lot of my shopping is done online—and I’m happy to go that route much of the time—a physical store to see the products, talk to the people, and still get great prices is greatly appreciated. I’ve used Best Buy curbside and in store, of course. This was the first time I had something delivered and was very pleased with the care that was given and flexibility when something came up. I received reminders and notifications as the delivery neared. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Have been using this Best Buy since they shut down the rochester location a couple of years ago.
The place is clean , not very busy. The staff has always been professional and polite.
Unfortunately, with Best Buy cutting jobs and the staff morale is very low.

Jared was super helpful today with customer service! He was very knowledgeable of how to handle the situation! I always have great experiences at this Best Buy!

When a associate asks you if you need help and tell me exactly where your item is located that's good service and when he also sees I'm looking confused with all the options comes over remembers your phone type name brand comes over suggest the best buy for me to take on Vacation now that Great Great Customer Service

We received quick attention when we went to Best Buy today. I bought a printer which was on sale, and my son bought something also. Everything we wanted was in stock. I certainly recommend shopping at Best Buy!!

They are very organized in providing service. The person I spoke with was helpful and I left feeling that a good choice was made.

My daughter wanted a TV for her birthday under $100. We found the perfect one for her small apartment and less $$ than on Amazon. Nice selection of TVS and cell phones

A store with a wide variety and caring staff

Haven't had any problems at this location. Amanda is a manager here and has been helpful if any challenges came up. We have bought and picked up many orders in store without issue. Employees have always been kind. They helped me with a warranty item through geek squad before and all went great.

I really like Best Buy, but the last 2 times I went in for a purchase, I didn't like the wait time to receive help. However, he did apologize about the wait and was very helpful and friendly.

Stopped to replace my Beats. Ended up going with Bose. Actually had a very nice helpful accociate help us out.

Just bought a refrigerator and dryer. They have a service plan that covers everything you buy for $180 per year. I haven't used it but it's a fantastic deal. Group plans are at least $60 per month to cover repairs. Makes sense to buy everything from Best Buy. If you find a sale, even better.

So my laptop crashed on the way to my campground in oxford. I have been hearing about the GEEK SQUAD on TV and radio commercials... I stopped in and had an amazing woman help me KRISTINE. She may have been the MANAGER of that department if not she needs to be. She answered all my questions , when I am ready I will be bringing a few of my other computers there to get the DATA from them... KUDOS TO BEST BUY for having such an outstanding employee. I will definitely be back! -

I was extremely thankful for my return being accepted. I was a few days passed my return date, but due to the item causing a rash on my wrist, the customer service reps were willing to make an exception and were completely understanding. I will definitely be shopping here for any future tech needs. Thank you again!

Great place to shop IF you've stayed up to date on your needs. They do not sit on outdated technology so if your needs are for say tech 3 years or more ago, might not have much luck. But they can get you up to date fast.
