The first time, ever shopping at American Freight Furniture. Was quite impressed with the prices, furniture selection, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Will definitely shop there again, in the future.

Just picked up our new living room set! Just wanted to give a shout out to Taylor! Very pleased with how well you took care of me! Thought it was going to take longer to get all the pieces in. We went into the store on Sunday February 11, 2024 to purchase a stove. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. We looked over the one we wanted, while I was working with one salesperson checking out, the other one was getting it ready for us to take with us.

Our experience with Tiffani at American Freight was wonderful! She was kind, attentive and super professional! We need the mattress delivered out in Grand Rapids on a specific day and she called their Grand Rapids location and set everything up for us! The moment I walked in I was greeted with warm hospitality, I was helped with such kindness it really felt like everyone there loved their jobs and felt like a family they did everything to accommodate me and my family. The mattress I bought from there was also extremely comfortable my wife fell asleep on it as soon as we got it home they also tied it on the roof of our SUV for us so a huge thank you to everyone! I highly recommend based off my experience.
