I was there a week ago and a young guy named Chris was very polite and helpful. I had a flat tire and he came out and helped me change it and even had a jack and tools just for that reason. I have never encountered anyone at a gas station so willing to help someone to that extent. Definitely the cleanest gas station and cleanest bathroom I have ever frequented. 5 stars no question for the kindness of their employees and helpfulness and cleanliness of this store. Howell is known for their dislike for black folks, but this place showed no type of hate or racism whatsoever. My great thanks to Chris and his help in a time of need. Keep up the great work guys. Highly recommend this gas station to anyone looking for the best gas station around.

Love this gas station. We have diesel vehicles and this station has quick fill pumps. Great selection of drinks and snacks. They have hot dogs and other things to eat. Employees are very helpful.

Super cool place. people were ok with me pulling my semi in and went as far as to make a pizza on sundays when they usually dont make any. I'll definitely come here to eat and grab my drinks anytime I'm in the area

Easy in and out, right by the freeway, can be dirty inside, especially bathrooms, also a very rude man who doesn't work at this station harasses people from time to time at the pumps

Gas price is high because of it being right off the highway. Well lit is about all that's positive here. Staff is rude and not on site at times. Be careful of a older gentleman taking out trash and other odd jobs, very rude and is NOT an actual staff member, don't talk to him.

I thought I was coming to use the fuel pump. Their pumps are older and don't have the ability to use GPay. I used my credit card in the pump slide in type card reader. 15 minutes later my card number is being manually used at Jagged Fork 27235 Ford Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127. How does this happen? I had to cancel my credit card.

Older guy with long hair who was working got very aggravated when I asked for the key to the bathroom, as the bathroom said it needed a key and to ask, he moved his mop violently and muttered something u der his breath then handed me the key and said "it's right here!"

Very rude attendant. Could not find anybody when I entered the store. Attendant was in the back. She was very bothered that she had to ring up my transaction.
I believe I'm the customer. If you want to be in the back then get coverage up front. Too many other places to go. My business (4 times a week) is going
to a more professional establishment. So sad.

Posting on behalf of my husband who was refused service twice this week due to not wearing a mask. He has a medical condition and disclosed this upon entering both times and each cashier still refused him service. He was told by the cashier/manager today (12/12/2020) that the owner does not want customers who are not wearing masks served. If you fuel up and pay at the pump without a mask on they'll take your money but if you walk in without a mask on forget about receiving service. Today the cashier/manager was confrontational and rude about the whole situation. If this is how this business feels fit to run then they have lost our business from this point forward. Word of mouth travels and so do reviews.

Great place to stop usually. But the clerk was less than polite. Seemed annoyed to have customers. Hard to come back when you don't feel welcomed. Rather go some where else

Do not fill your propane tanks here. Just had 5 20 pounders filled, huge difference in fill weight. A standard 20lb tank should weigh 37.5 lbs full. Mine weighed a low of 30.3 and one at 40.5 which is dangerously overfilled.
Averaged out I was shorted by 2 1/2 gallons of propane. The equipment in the shed looks old and tired. Tanks were placed on a scale to fill but it appeared not to work.

This place is absolutely terrible, they discriminate against people with disabilities and medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask. Americans with disabilities act prevents discrimination based on disabilities, without providing reasonable accommodations to them, i.e. people that dont have credit cards and have to go inside to pay for gas, etc. Hopefully someone will be filing suit against them soon for discrimination.

Ever since they hired the new cashier I've avoided this place. Extremely rude and shouldn't be dealing directly with customers. The owner has always been somewhat ride but he's seldom there. Spend your money somewhere else where the staff is friendly.

By far the RUDEST most IMPOLITE gas station clerk i've ever encountered. The older gentleman was nice, but the young kid with the brown hair laughed at a customer for not having enough money for an item, and then proceeded to put the money directly in his pocket without even touching the cash register, how someone like that has a job i'll never understand.
