Wendy's

Location was busy but very little wait time. Their was a large order in front of me and the staff did well to help the person out with their order and still have someone to take my order it was teamwork at its finest. Food was hot and fresh. Tasted great and was very enjoyable. I will be returning for another meal soon.

I am bad bad with names, but went through drive thru, speaker was clear and young lady that took order was clear speaking and ready to help. The whole process was quick and painless. Food was awesome and service was just fine even though was told they were short staffed. Keep up the great work and effort. See you again. Keep rocking.

This is our favorite wendys! Yea we have had issues but Maybe 1 out of 10. The dinner time managers are awesome!

Stopped in for a quick dinner with my family. Clean restaurant, nice staff, and the prices weren't too bad for a family of 4.

Can I just say how amazing this Wendy’s location has become?! 10/10. Superenergetic and wonderful staff. They make you laugh from the moment they greet you at the speaker. Never have an issue anymore. I remember coming here a few years ago, and things were totally different. Back then, everyone was miserable and rushed you along. Not anymore! We love to see it!! Oh also, thanks to the staff member who recommended the “$2 free frosty for a year with purchase key tag”. I use it every time now! :)

I hate leaving reviews but I feel like this one deserves it. I just came through for a late night snack for my husband and the drive through and there was a blonde women with her hair in a pony tail working, she was so sweet and helpful, I have anxiety so I sometimes stutter while ordering or forget completely and she was so kind and sweet I’ve never left any fast food place feeling so positive ❤

It was actually really good! I got a $5 meal with a chicken sandwich and it was tasty! Fresh and a nice slice of bacon. Looked and tasted like somebody cared. Young man at window was sweet and very friendly.

The breakfast here is great. Fresh eggs never frozen makes a big difference. Burgers here taste better than the other fast food burger joints. Its still fast food but quality is a little better here.

Fast food lines were backed up all over town after the recent storms/power outages, but I rolled the dice on Wendy's and the crew did not disappoint. The drive through moved steadily and I was greeted cheerfully, food was fresh and the order was 100% right. Kudos to the evening shift tonight! (8-13-21)

I waited in a long drive thru line.. I work fast food as well so I know how it is. Placed my order, got to the window and the girl working window was so sweet. I was there 11/20 around noon. Someone should tell this girl I said she's amazing!!!

Workers are always friendly and understanding. However, there was a gentleman there (a customer) that was very rude and physically threatened the man behind the counter because his order was wrong. I felt bad for him because it sounded like the slip up was an honest mistake.

The manager at this place is amazing! I ordered off of the app for delivery, which sent it to the wendy's on Monroe st. They totally messed up my order & I called this place by mistake. She said if they can't fix it call her back, the one on Monroe st in Monroe told me if I can't come in to pick up my order then I'm outta luck. I contacted door dash, they couldn't refund the money, because I paid in the wendy's app. So I called this wendy's back, I don't know what I expected, but I didn't expect what I got. She personally fresh made the food for my children & had a crew member deliver it to me, because I'm injured and unable to drive. She was such a blessing & I can't thank her enough. It wasn't her problem to fix, but she went above& beyon to fix it. She even sent frosty's for their dessert, if only she knew what that meant to me. They've made a loyal customer outta me, I will never go to another wendy's, except this one.

Not much has changed over the years. Except the dinning room has been redone, new fancy pop machine is nice.

Good staff fresh food Wendy’s is my go to for fast food meal

I never comment on (Thursday, inexperienced workers but! After a young lady @drive through the window so rude and unfriendly.
Saturday afternoon same Wendy's North Telegraph Monroe once again super simple order young lady doesn't say hello know greet rarely Smiles hands the food out the window like see you later bye, will not visit this location again.
Okay, I must admit I was harsh on the young lady, she has come a long way.
The Baconactor is the Best Breakfast sandwich out there hands down, no other sandwich comes close

Generally quick service and usually get orders correct. Food is typically fresh. Sometimes at off hours you may need to wait a little while for them to make it fresh. Convenient location.

Definitely my favorite fast food spot. Where else can you go to get a value combo and get either a side salad or their amazing chili as a side for no extra cost. Plus their tweet roast are pretty funny to read lol.

That's was the satisfied I have been with a fast food experience in 30 years! It was incredibly fast the food was hot and cooked to order perfectly! I highly recommend this place!
