Harbor Freight Tools

I drove 17 miles to get one item that only this Harbor Freight had in stock. They at least had one of the items left in stock. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and orderly. I spent more than I had planned. 😁

Love this place! They're especially good for the tool you're only going to use once or twice. It's like a toy store for adults!

I love this store. Great variety of merchandise for really good prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful.Always have great sales running and good coupons. You can take a photo of coupon and they can scan it or just read them the number at bottom of the coupon. They frequently have coupons buy something anything and get an item free and the free things are nice and stuff you would actually want and or need. No limit on coupon use except only one free coupon per visit but may be used with say like a 20% off coupon combination. May use most of the coupons multiple times. They warranty their tools if you break one free no questions asked and they replacement. It's a great addition to our community.

Great place to get good deals on tools. Easy in and out with plenty of parking.

Great place for (cheap), good quality stuff, I wouldn't rely on them if I were a professional, but for the average homeowner it's a great place. I'm in process of switching most of my tools over to the 20v cordless Bauer. So far I've had no issues with any of them.

Staff went out of their way to be extra helpful.

The van Wert Harbor Freight store was AMAZING!!! We live in defiance and could not get the item we needed. Nor could they order it or know when it would even be in stock. The staff at Van Wert not only went to make sure they had one, also double checked it was in back, but pulled the box up front with our name on it so that when we got there it was ready. Even offered to help us carry it out!! Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Always a pleasure, cheaper high quality tools

Been price hawking a few items for a few years now...

The most expensive one went on sale ENOUGH to allow me to buy it AND the less expensive item AND the needed batteries yet I STILL spent less than if I bought the expensive item alone at full retail price.

The functionality of the expensive item matches that of high end, military grade gear and is less than ⅓ the price!

Can't beat that with a freaking STICK!!!

The prices are really good and the have a large variety of tools to choose from. The quality of some of their tools is not the best but I have had many tools that have lasted a long time and they have a good return policy. The store is layed out well and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy visiting this store and they have a large selection of tools.

I was always one to pass by here because of it wasn't Milwaukee, Bosch, etc, I figured the tools just weren't that good. My opinion has changed.
The Diamond blades they stock for porcelain and ceramic I use regularly, and I set a LOT of tile.
I recently purchased a Bauer corded belt sander and it was a great tool. We ran that thing solid for 3 days, without fail.
I will be a return customer in the future for sure.

A favorite store of mine for tools and such. Good prices and everything is almost always in stock. Staff is helpful and nice. I recently bought a workbench for my workshop (the hardwood bench) and I’m very happy with it. Tools are almost always reliable and good. There’s the occasional dud, but most are great. I like the coupons and catalogs they send.

Stopped in for a wrench for an emergency minutes before closing. Staff was friendly and tolerant as I purchased and then returned adjustable wrenches for what I really needed, a pipe wrench

Always very courteous staff and knowledgeable stores well kept and always stocked as always had everything that I went and looking for.

This is the place for that tool you need for cheap. There are a lot of good buys but you can get some bad ones too. Yellow and black batteries are good which amazes me.

Had the impact gun I needed at a very reasonable price and so far it works excellent! Way cheaper than lows down the street and the staff helped me find what I needed real quick, I appreciate that so I had more time to work on my junk before nightfall
