Joe was very easy to connect with and gave us the best experience with selling and buying a car. The process was smooth and I didn’t feel pressured into anything, he even helped us weigh out the options and we talked through everything. My 2-year old son was with us and Joe offered him snacks and was not at all irritated or put off when my son started to squirm a bit. Honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car. Worked with Ryan Nunn, he was very well informed, courteous and straight up easy to work with. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything that usual dealers up charge you for. Ryan sent me quotes quickly and made a long distance purchase so easy. He even gave me a ride/pick up from the rental car place that was a bit away from the dealer which was greatly appreciated. I went to Allen Chevy approximately 1 hour before they closed on a Monday. Mike Johnson and the others stayed nearly 2 hours after close to finish the deal on the truck I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with all their help. Especially Mike, he didn’t beat around the bush for even a second, I told him about the pre-approval I had for my bank, he asked if he could run my credit cuz he thought he could get me a better rate and bam, 10 minute later he got me financed for over 5% lower than the rate my bank gave me. I couldn’t be happier. As long as service stays like this, I’ll be a customer for life. Thanks again Mike, I really appreciate it.

Joe was great! He was very personable and attentive, gave us plenty of time to decide on a car, and once the car was purchased he took time to go over as many features as he could.

We drove over 11 hours for a truck at Allen Chevrolet. If that doesn't tell you how great these people are, I'm not sure how else to convince you to buy a vehicle with them. Mike Johnson was amazing and we are very happy with our new truck purchase!

Update. My 2024 Trax is having nothing but problems and no one could figure it out in service. I traded in a great car for something that is defective.
