Wonderful service! Very respectful, and kind staff. I went in for an overall vehicle inspection on a car I was looking to buy, they went above and beyond making sure that everything was all right on said vehicle. And then they waved the fee for me! I brought my car in for a basic safety and maintenance check. They even addressed some minor issues without charging me or trying to upsell me for things my car didn't really need. These guys were the ultimate in professionalism and trustworthiness. They have my customer loyalty! Highly recommend. Above and beyond. Service was completed within about two hours.

Went in for a free alignment check and tire rotation. No scams. Tech said alignment was good and rotated my tires all at no charge. That is what customer service is supposed to be like. I Will be back for any other auto services they provide and that I may require in the future.

My daughters tire had a huge bubble on the side of it. We needed new tires put on same day if possible. It was 4:30pm. They got her car in and done by 6pm. Great customer service and not pushy with Extra things to buy that aren't necessary. Highly recommend!

It’s a busy place, understandably because it’s a great place. The gentleman there are always very helpful. While getting an oil change and checking my tires, they let me know my tire pressure sensor was not working and I asked them if they could fix it right then and of course they did. I feel the pricing is very reasonable and they beat the price of another company when I was shopping for new tires. I’ve been going there for 20+ years.

After two different tire shops in my area tried to sell me new wheels due to a rim leak I thought I'd try my luck here. They installed new tires on my existing rims without issue. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Not only did I save money with them using the factory wheels but I also saved a bit with their tire price too. Even though it's much farther away I will be going back.

Brought 2 cars in. One had a slow tire leak, the other needed an oil change. They patched the tire for free! and they changed the oil, np. They offered other services but didn't push. I love that.

Wow! I am super impressed with their customer service! My car got a flat tire on Thanksgiving. Friday we called all around and couldn’t find a tire for it. Joe Tireman came thru tho! We dropped the rim with old tire off Saturday morning and had the new one installed within a few hours. Super friendly staff and tire was a great price! I will be going back for my future needs! You guys are absolutely amazing and I sincerely thank you!

I made an appointment to have four new tires installed. Unfortunately, there was supply problem and the tires had not been delivered. However, they made it right. They scrambled to get the tires in that day, installed and gave me a free oil change. All the staff were courteous, clean, apologetic and they know their job! Highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

The entire experience was fast honest and solution solving. The team at this how lake tire shop knows family and myself by name. Due to their diligence and exceptional skill they have problem solved and repaired my vehicle appropriately and efficiently. They take the time it takes to problem solve and diagnose leaving me as the customer with a safe fixed vehicle and a feeling I have been fairly charged for service. Because of Ron's team I return time and time again and all my family and friends are now patrons. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

New in town and needed a slow leak taken care of, I was able to make appointment same day, I was greeted by 2 friendly gentleman, the office are was nice a clean. They took great care of our car and the cost was less than $20. I couldn’t be happier. There was no upselling of any other services, I’ll definitely be back. Joe lake tireman installed two tires on a trailer for me. They were not stock tires so I had to order them in. They got them in the same day I ordered them and I dropped off the trailer the next day. It was very convenient that I did not have to take the tires off of the trailer and bring them in separate. The guys at the counter were extremely friendly and took very good care of me. The trailer was done the same day I dropped it off and check out was a breeze. I have used them in the past and have always had a great experience.
