They know their stuff, extremely well. No sugar coating truth. If your looking for a permanent vet, it's the place to be. If your not serious, I'd say look else where. If you care about your pet, excellent care. They are extremely popular, and appointments fill fast. Totally recommend!

This is the best Veterinary Hospital. I had a cat who had been sick for some time. I couldn't find a hospital anywhere who would take me and all referred me to an emergency vet in Rockford. They stayed open past their closing time and last minute at that. They are kind and compassionate.

We’ve taken our pets here and their care and concern is incredible. We’ve moved and now live 45 minutes away but we still go back there. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Blackhawk Veterinary Clinic takes care of your animals like they were your children, well mine are. I have an emotional support dog for my husband and a service dog that is retiring and new puppy that I would like to get training as replacment. I do like all of the staff that take care of my dogs my life depends on them. Disabled vetran with a puppy in training.

Wish I could come inside, but they are very professional, and nice. A lot more expensive than u am used to paying but not everyone is like my former vet. All in all, my fur babies at well cared for and loved, which is all that matters. Well be using their services only from here forward. Their for making it first visit a positive one.

The staff was so kind and caring in the worst time for our family. Nobody would or could help us.
When they heard what was going on they got us in immediately. We will neverbe able to thank them enough.

We have been taking all of our pets here for the past 25 years. We have found the doctors to be both knowledgeable and empathetic with every situation we have had. The other staff are kind and attentive to our needs and try to get us scheduled as quickly as our situation calls for.

Found then on Google. First time taking any of my babies there, being new to the area and everyone there was so nice. Even though my baby was too sick and didn't survive, they did everything they could to save her and then to make me feel comfortable. Very caring people. I'll take all my babies to them. Dr. Kevin was amazing!

For over a decade I have taking my dogs to this facility for the best quality care in the area. The staff are friendly professionals who I have always taken the very best care of my dogs. whenever I have to take my dog to the veterinarian I always choose Blackhawk! The environment is clean and not very noisy. they may even give your dog or cat a little goodie for the road home.

Wonderful vet. Worth the drive

I had both the furkids in to get their nails trimmed. Joe, a notorious crybaby from way back and Bit, a bigger scaredy cat than any cat I have ever known, both came through the ordeal with flying colors, all on their own (since The Rona has everything upside down and backwards still). Kudos to the staff!
