I had a lovely time at Frost Farms yesterday. I had a gift certificate from my Board which was recommendation enough. Loaded with questions, the woman who helped me was kind and patient and oh so helpful. I was interested in native plants and needed ones that would fill in space. I received excellent suggestions and am on my way back today for more.

Frost Farms was so kind, welcoming, and eager to help with my search for specific colors of lilacs! I come from a family of florists and can say from experience that they’ve got a wonderful selection to choose from at very reasonable prices. Their chocolate lab puppy is an added bonus. Will be back on my next pass through the Bar Harbor area.

The plants were very healthy looking, the staff was friendly and when a sign was not removed from a table they honored the price on the sign. I was very grateful for this, I would have had to put back an item or two, I really didn't want to do this as they had everything I had been searching for to complete my herb garden!!! Great looking lemongrass, sage, thyme and they had eucalyptus!!!!!!
