I have never, and mean NEVER been disappointed in anything Kitto's has done for my vehicles!! One of the most honest and dependable shops put there!
Today, (10/20/23) I had a tire blow out. went to Machesney Discount Tire, they didn't have it. I called Janesville Discount Tire and they didn't have it. The other places I called said they had to order it and it would Monday at best to get it in.
Called Kitto's to see if they knew where to go. Mary had my exact tire within 2 hours!
This is just one example of service!
All the other mechanical and maintenance needs are taken care of in the same perfect fashion!!

AMAZING service! I took my car in because it was acting up & they looked at it inside and out to try and resolve the issue. I respect a place that believes their customers and doesn’t just push you out the door. I would recommend to anyone!!

I started using Kitto's a couple of years ago and I have to say that every experience has been wonderful. They do an accurate diagnosis of the problem and clearly communicate what they find with me before doing any work. Their estimate have always been accurate and the work has always been done on time, if not earlier than promised.

They have also come through in a pinch when I didn't have an appointment and taken great care of family members that I have recommended.

Fair prices, integrity, honestly and very competent. Everything a person would want from a local auto shop.

Excellent service with excellent prices. I'm a first time customer as of a few days ago and was very impressed that they got me in right away for an oil change when other places were a few days out. I will definitely be bringing my business here in the future.

They were amazing! I will be going back. They fixed up my trailblazer for my kid and never put any hidden fees in nor did they suggest anything that wasnt needed. Went here on a recommendation from dahlmans muffler in south beloit and found a new mechanic

When I couldn't loosen my lugs to change a tire in the local fire station parking lot...Kitto's loosened then and helped me out. They didn't even charge me because I was already in tears from Darrell's towing (charged me $80 to tow one mile and being very misogynistic) Thank you Kitto's!!! You were kind to me. I'll bring my business back to you! (Just not by way of Darrell's towing)

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Kitto's Automotive does amazing work. They are very honest and will let you know what needs to be fixed to make your vehicle safe. Not to mention during every oil change they do a complete vehicle inspection! I would highly recommend Kitto's Automotive to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

Had engine replacement here, took less than a week. Also transmission service, and other misc stuff. All done in timely manner. Prices are good and fair in my opinion.

Repared my tire by coming to my location filled the tire fix it at their shop very reliable priced. Very good service.

They did a wonderful job on my mercedes replacing a wheel bearing. Timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them to any one.
